Till date, I haven't found anything wrong.

However, I want to see how Saachi handles today's situation. Saachi needs to yell at him in a mature way, because karva chauth is something meaningful to any woman and not just a play. If Saachi didn't want DV to break her vrat, he shouldn't have, and that is where you draw the line between respect and disrespect. I know I shouldn't draw any conclusion, since the episode hasn't been aired yet. But let's see.

As for Saachi, she gotta stop treating this situation like a play...spilling tea on his t-shirt on purpose...allowing him to touch her hand/arm whenever DV pleases. She needs to fully say it out loud, "don't ever touch me" instead of saying, "just leave me..". She is portraying she is irritated and yet, she doesn't take any actions about it. What DV is doing isn't right either...But, if it is SO wrong, why isn't Saachi doing anything about it?

I am beginning to think Saachi is a PBCD (Panchghani Born Confused Desi).

I agree with you in general but not in this particular case.

See, the core point is that Saachi is older than DV. So the common understanding is that she should be desperate to find a good guy, and when that guy happens to be younger, good looking, wealthy - in fact, a great package like DV - the world will have a million things to say. That she took advantage of him, that she pataoed him etc.

The point that DV needs to make to Saachi is: I am not doing you a favour by being willing to marry you. I'm crazy about you, I will chase you, I'll leave you no choice but to marry me.

He has to overcome her traditional values, her natural 'jhijhak', her shyness, her scruples, her embarassment at being attracted to a younger guy, her feeling of discomfort.. her own ideas of who should marry whom.

He's not really forcing her - he's actually only teasing her as of now - but a woman in Saanchi's position needs to be put in a difficult, no-escape place before she admits her love. If he waits for her patiently... she is NEVER going to come to him.

Bubble

Hi-5! I totally agree with you. If DV does not take a stance then Saanchi will always take him for granted as friend and nothing beyond that. And he is not really forcing her, he is just taking aby steps to let her know that he is honest about his love.

I totally agree with you because if Saanchi would have respected his confession then he could have said "i will wait for you... " but no in this case, she refuses to believe him. if he sits back putting hand on hand then Saanchi will never realize his love for her is true.

PLus he is so hot and i love to see this 'romantic' and 'flirty' side of him.

No offence to anyone, its just my POV.

Hello every One I appreciate every One's comments and thoughts I know I should have not compared this to any show .. may be em looking for the next hero but .. any ways .. Sanchi asked him to stop but she makes me confused with her trying to get rid of him .. at one side u can see she enjoy it on other side she feels irritated this confuse us and DV now feeling free to touch her where ever he wants ... DV she did not agree yet .. !! slowly slowly he is forcing himself on her and her reaction is confusing .. she can get rid of him if she wants to but it seems like some one wrote - she might enjoy this that's why let him follow her and touch her where ever he wishes to.!!

@TM I completely agree with You.. Its wrong to force on her.. I wud say in typical CHE-style ''love is an apple that falls when its ripe''..But here the scenario is different.. DV is not that bad compared to other ideal husband/bf of T-world.. Moreover I have full faith in Saanchi's character.. Common man she dosnt have Stockholm syndrome. Shes an independent lady.. The moment she feels intimidated/harassed, DV will get to kno the ''hotness'' of her hand😆. She is not an abala nari.. I guess deep down she has feelings for him that she cant reciprocate. Uff honestly the definitions of ''rape'' n ''domestic violence'' r playing with my head...

Hey Ron, good topic you have started.
I feel the same. DV need not force himself on Sachi to make her fall in love with him. Here are the reasons why I feel so.
DV is shown as a lawyer aged 27, US returned after a stint of working there. Added to this, he tells Aadu that he used to play football in college (while in US too) that is where he got his Arsenal jacket. Now as real life goes, not every Tom, Dick and Harry can pass the required entrance exams and get into a college in legal studies in the US. Then intern there for a while and work there later I mean after interning. He comes back to India and comes to Panchgani in his car. (By the way where is the beautiful blue car shown when DV enters ?) He tells later in the serial that he comes from a well educated, well placed, respectable Marwadi family whose children regardless of their gender have well placed careers and life.

Now will such a man (27 is an age to be called man and not a boy by any standard) be as immature as he is being portrayed? Second, coming from a rich family and a background in law, he would have seen and known the vagaries of human emotions. So he would know how to control his emotions too. Third, won't such a man know that to make a woman like Saachi get interested in him he has to do exactly the opposite of what he is doing now?

Now older woman -younger man getting married and having a successful married life is not uncommon in business, political and aristocratic circles. Many are the times if we take Indian history from ancient times to modern days, it is done with the open blessings of parents and the two who are married that way have to deal with their emotions in a dignified way.

Instead of making DV do immature acts, if the CVs can concentrate on the court case and its details, and put this reality in it won't we all be benifitted in seeing a beautiful story unfold?
Thankyou for reading this long post. This is my POV not to hurt anyone. 😊

hi thank u for the reply .. yeah it was long but very well explained I will say that Love is not a thing we get by snatching or forcing some one to give us .. we have to win that we have to do things that others will love us and still i feel .. ok let's take it that way she loves him but he can not come and say to her you have to admit u r mine this way we had bollywood villains who used to be just a good friend of the lady and feel she loves them and when she gets to know their feelings they start the drama of forcing her to love / accept them does it make DV a hero or a villain does hero behave like that
yes he is 27 and he is mature but this act makes him look teenager at age 16
hope he stoppes teasing her and accepting the reality
if she loves him they can make other way to bring it out but not by forcing !!!

i dont think wat they r showing is wrong...that sanchi has no feelings for him other than friendship is actually not true...till date she has never explicitly said so...wenever she is confronted she only brings up the age issue...which means if not for age then she wud hv said yes long back...

it clearly indicates she is only tied by her own set of prejudices like wat wud society say etc etc...

till now DV has not got any signals from sanchi that she is actually not liking his flirtations...that is y DV is gving all the indications that he is aware wat is stopping her from confessing...like during sargi time he said "i love that zamane ka parva na karne ka part"...

so in such case where sanchi is concerned only about age old prejudices...it is obvious DV wud hv to push her till she becomes aware of her feelings so strongly that she wud hv to let go of her age related concerns...

if sanchi wud truly hv no feelings for him then he wud hv been wrong in forcing her...but since she only shows age as reasons therefore he has every right to corner her till she comes out of her shell...

i think there r 2 issues that is bothering most of us...

one is that DV is forcing himself on her...i dont think forcing shud be the right word here considering the kind of true forcing i hv seen in other shows...pinning the girl's hand in the wall...kissing forcefully...writing love letter with blood and so many other kinds...wat DV is doing is totally harmless light hearted kind of flirting...he is just trying to show her how much he loves her and is trying her to confront her own feelings...

the second one is that how come DV is so sure that sanchi loves him...well i believe one thing...not denying is also a kind of confessing...she did not straight away tell him to back off because she has absolutely no feelings for her...

first time wen he proposed her in pune...she merely said how dare u i dont believe this...then wen he came to her room to challenge her she only said he is immature and he is mad...but she never clearly said that she has no feelings...and other times she only brings up age issue...like she is gving all the reasons y she CANT confess but not any reason y she WONT confess...

so i dont think DV is doing anything wrong...if he just lets her on her own then she will never be able to confess not because she doesnt love him but because she will always be inhibited by her prejudices...just my POV...
