Hi, I am new to this forum as I have very recently started to watch this show and have kind of caught up to the latest episode. This is a good discussion topic and I think the way it is been shown is making you think that DV is forcing himself. I do not think so he is of that type who will force his love on a girl. He is a very decent guy. He is just persuading Saanchi. There is a difference between force and persuasion and I think it is purely persuasion. If he was really forcing himself then he would have taken advantage of the fact that they both were alone in her office while packing stuff. Rather he was very decent and kept his distance. He has to be little agressive after his confession as Saanchi would never think about herself. At the end he is still a young, bubbly, full of life person and his basic nature of positivity comes out in the way of teasing, smile, touch... He is just trying to make her realize that she is also a human being and she too has a personal life.
He was all ready to leave Panchgani when Saanchi disclosed that how can Rishi think about them in this way. He was sad, heart broken and knew that he will not be able to live there without letting Saanchi know about his love so he quietly left. It was Saanchi who brought him back. If they had not lost the case and Saanchi was not in this bad shape, he would not have disclosed his love. He would have waited. It were the circumstances that led to his confession thinking that she needs his help, support and love.
He has not forgotten about the case either. He is the one who came to get signed papers for filing request for duplicate copy of contract papers. As somebody mentioned, the only thing that is stopping Saanchi is the age difference. She has always said the same. If she does not have any feelings then she can clearly tell him that she does not love him, he is not husband material but she is not saying that. She is time and again saying 'bachpana, immaturish' etc... She surely has a soft corner for DV and that is what she has to realize.
