WHY did they??

Hello people ...I am sorry I am positn this late but i am watching the show weekly ...but there was something that erked me about the whole loosing the case scene that I need to let out. One that whole thing just made DV look incompetent. Here is why I say that. DV asked her the day befor when PRachi came back for her meal, to see the file , they sat and was discussing if her Ex lawyer was brought...but not once did DV check to make sure that ALL the papers were in tact???
Any responsible lawyer would do that.
Also in the judges chambers, that DV confidence was somehow missing , and I always thought it was the Laywers job to talk on behalf of the client but here we had Saachi checking trough the file only then to find it missing...and DV looking at her as though he is clueless.
Now don't get me wrong please I know it was a way to move the story forward, I just thought they could have done it in a way that did not make DV look so "Green" as a lawyer...maybe she could have lost the file in the fracas at the bus station, or forgot it at the police station...instead of making him look like he did not know what he was doing.
That is just my opinion is all . Other than that I am enjoying the story immensely...I am glad it is all out in the open now... lets see what happens.
Please share your opinion I would love to hear what you think on this...

they could save DV 's name as a lawyer by

** Showing that he checked the files and just b4 leaving to puna Pradip stole them some how .. and when they reach there they had no time to check if all is there and lost the case

the night b4 the case - even then no one bother to check if all the papers are there ...

and DV who is smart enough forgot as such important thing..

i think cvs focus was DV's confession not the case cvs what u done.. 😡

because of this rush, confession looked dim not as impressive as we expected ..🥱

and now not only DV but whole family forgot that they lost the case and this is a big problem ..but no.. every body enjoying.. aaji-nani enjoying that pradeep has changed ...🤢

and DV who is happy that he expressed his feeling ..only sanchi is little tense ..

hope next week they would handle every issue..sensibly

despite of all this i enjoying last scene... as he was flirting to sanchi and threw challenge to her.. i liked his confidence ..DV please show as such confidence about the case..after all this is the way to win her heart too😳

Hey mansi...I will not say they messed everything...it is just that part that bothered me...well every one has off days so lets say DV had one. Yes I don't want Aaji and Naani to suddenly have a change of heart where Prabhu is concerned about him being the good good , grandson... Lets see!

With all this emotional tornado, Sachi stopped him and asked him to fight for her, which he is not at all ready, emotionally and physically.

I guess it doesn't look bad on DV's side as he just catch the bus while it was already on run and all those badguys and police and all those with his supper emotional felling...

Any normal human being will make that mistake and they also have to show the side of Sachi's brother as he stole the docs... and for DV, Sachi is the most perfect female... so at the court I am sure he must be shocked as he realized that you don't have the main document for which they are fighting...

With no offence, I personally think it would be more unrealistic if they showed all goody goody about DV.

No offence taken...well to me Saachi at that point was rady to give him the case because she chased him down to the bus station, yeah maybe she had no other choice, but she at this point she trusted him because he proved himself to her again and again. and as she put it she did not want a stanger fighting the case.
DV I can understand was a little dazed by the realization he loved her and she did not feel that way... but as a professional I think he should have been able to look past that. And the segment were they were sitting and disscussing Mr. Garg and why he left the case he was looking through the said file. OK maybe his mind was preoccupied... I also understand maybe it was important in the story line that she lose this case at this point... I am just saying it could have been done in a way that did not make DV look like he did not know what he was doing as so far he is beeing shown as smart and shrewed the way he handles Prachi's in laws and the police man...
So as Ron said maybe Padeep could have stolen it out of her bag just before they left...or misplaced in in the bus or police station.
Everything else in the show is going well... I am happy he brought his feelings out and now it is all on the table. I only hope that AAGi and nani don't get sucked in by pradeep and Pukla kaki and start with Saanchi and DV to close !!! lol I am seeing it heading in that direction with the comments Prachi's husband was making ... Let's see what happenes..and thanks for your reply!!!!!

its nt DV mistake if Saanchi dont hv contract papers...he as helpless as those leese papers were d only proof 😕

Agree with you. DV had already seen the file and he didn't notice the papers missing. He should have checked again in the hotel room at night but he was too disturbed with Saachi and his feelings for her

yes i agree with oyu.. they r focusing on DV's emotional condition more & how badly he wants Sachi .. but the case thing is not getting enough space now,maybe late they wil bring something g more abt this :)
