I believe that where there are compatibility, respect & love they must go 4 it, 5-7 yrs gap is ok. My mom said that after the marriage if the girl is older dan the boy it would be hard on taking decisions as the girl has more experience & will try 2 leads things. I guess it would be hard but as far as the 2 go well with each other & there is a good understanding between them, it won't be a prob & it also depends on their personalities! 😊

And a marriage is successful when there is trust, respect, understanding & love, no matter what their ages are or religions!

When it comes 2 Sanchi, I'm sure Prachi will oppose 2 DV!!!!
And Sanchi will also take time 2 accept DV in her life, waiting 2 see how they are gonna handle their relationship. 😊

👏👏 well said Rishani!

he would still be that kind a man .. but one difference would be
she would not think he is young boy
she sees him young man who is immature and has to grow up
oh yes... even if she fall for him and feel he is the rite guy for her
i guess she has to wait more time to know him better / he to know her better and not marry him so soon after liking him *(knowing her ... i guess it will take long time to realize that's love)
even in astitva - Abhimaniyu was not a bad person but he was immature so in one episode after losing him simran said he is nice person no doubt but marrying him at that point when he was immature was wrong decision and the best would be marry him few years later when he really grow up **we know male takes time to grow up

Vow!! What a nice Analyss.

Thank you all girls / guys for making this thread a base for a the thoughtful discussion!!👏👏

Mudra, Nice and thought provoking post.

Some things I believe in
1. Maturity and age are not directly proportional always. An younger age person can also grow mature by virtue of situations in life and the environment they are in. Eg: Sanchi. She must have grown up more quickly into a matured woman to handle the family pressure.
2. More than the age gap, the ability to understand each other and having a good comradire is more important.
Here Sanchi is a bit more mature than her age and DV is a bit more easy going than a 27 year old... CVs have made the characterizations like this to show the difference more prominently.

Thank you AF!
@bold n red
well said..

I was thinking they made it as 7 years gap.. wont the elder person go into the mould... 'I am big.. and I know everything'?

What do you say?

Yes Mudra... Its is easy for the elder person to get into the mould of I am big and I know every thing.
Here the stereotype of male being older is broken and now Sanchi has to deal with not only having the confident and self independent women mould, she also has to deal with being older in the relation... Very interesting preposition.
Normally women who are very self independent and wearing the family head hat have to struggle a lot to adjust as a wife... Because they have to learn to partner and adjust...
Added to that here, she is older in the relation. Unless DV lets her have the strings because of his laid back attitude, she will face more difficulty in adjusting into a marriage...
Hope this show deals with all this

Some time bakc same kind of isue was shoewn in UTV Bindaas...
Relationship may succed ot not..as the girls tend to be more mature thn guys...

It depends on both..If they are ready to stand by each other undertsnad.and do all thngs what a normal couple does..age i nt an issue...

Very good posst...Here in JLJ saanchi has seen the life in the most hardest way..and regd Dhruv he has sjst started...

Let see any way let see

like gut to face society..understanding between them..if he is mature enough to take others comment positively or nt...because male ego is more prone to hurt more...instead I have no anyy objectction with this...as all says wher love trusts and understanding.. wt else needed!!

may not take seriously.

oh yes very true
she will think he is fooling her
even we can see it in her eyes when he talks 😉
