He did cross a line yesterday - I can never forget his venomous expression as he said, 'Agar TU nahin hoti to aaj main uska chehra dekh pata"....poor girl had just come to retrieve her phone, and had no idea he had something planned....how then is she responsible?

Ouch Ouchonly her husband can answer that question.

Kitty, being a short tempered person myself I can well understand Milsi.People like us say things that immediately comes to our heads without realising what we say. We act on that particular moment but we also forget just as easily. So it was Milsi's frustration at not being able to catch the killer which exhibited itself in his anger. He was not angry with Prachi per se but at the inopportune time she had picked to enter in which is not really her fault either. Milsi summed it up well when he said I am trying to change myself but I dont know why I get angry with you and then get angry with myself for snapping at you. He did come running back and sort her forgiveness. He does not snap at her because he hates her but because that is his basic nature and as they say it may be easier to change the spots of a leopard but basic characteristics are difficult to change. Remember in an earlier occassion he had fired Suki and later went with food to appease her.
Prachi knows him well. So she was not upset with him but more with herself because she somehow blamed herself for everything. She felt inadequate. Her fears are deep seated as she said she was scared of losing the one she loves as she had lost her father. My heart went out to her yesterday. She did not deserve it that is why even Milsi felt bad. But leaving him is no solution particularly now when she has to support him and shield. I am sure if she just sleeps it over, she will realise the futility of her decision. As I said her head is all muddled because she is blinded by misery just as Milsi was blinded by anger earlier.

^ Trust my sis to come up with a witty retort ;)
Opti - understood that she was blinded by misery, but her scarcastic "I am sorry...really sorry" in the hospital room kinda implied that she was slightly disappointed with him too
Her outburst was clearly a plea to Milsi to understand her, and perhaps stop being short-tempered all the time
His anger dissipated in a moment, but his words left an indelible impression on her. Don't they say that 'angry words might speak the truth'. It's easy to pamper someone with sweet words, but it's in anger that we speak our mind. Hence, one cannot blame P for taking it to heart, especially since she remembered all the times he accused her.
Sure, she was mad at herself for inadvertantly troubling people all the time, but also mad at HIM for not understanding her completely. Hence, I believe she wasn't just wallowing in self-pity, but was subtly accusing him too
Milind was well-aware that she loves and lives for him, but she still emphasized that fact because, somewhere, P felt he didn't emphathize with her

Kitty, you and I perceive things differently. To me she did not sound as though she was accusing him for not understanding her. She sounded more like she was blaming herself for his outbursts. If she was blaming him even in her mind then she would have recollected the breakfast scene where he snubbed her in front of Ranvir. I would have thought that was more hurtful not so much for the biting words but because they were said in front of a stranger and to whom just minutes back she had said how Milsi does not eat well if she does not prepare his breakfast. I would have felt thoroughly humiliated by that as Prachi would have. But still she did not recollect this scene. Instead she recollected all those scenes where he snapped at her and she was a hurdle in his path. this shows she gave more weightage to those incidents in which she, tough iadvertantly, ended up harming him in some way.
I think that when she refused to accept his apology it is not out of anger or sarcasm but because she genuinely felt she was more to be blamed than him. She now wants to leave him beause she feels that it is for his good. Her self esteem is at its lowest, particularly after what she thought of Neev.
I think Milsi needs to just take he in his arm and explain to her that his outbursts have nothing to do with her but are a manifestation of his frustrations at the circustances that re pulling them apart. He needs to reassure her that she ishis everything and that without her life is meaningless. He cannot live happily if he loses her for she is his happiness. forget living happily, he just cannot live, period for she is his life. Her broken self -belief has to be restored. I hope he does that rather than wallow in guilt after she has left.
Coming to your take on his words, I dont agree that it is in anger our true feelings come out. It may be true for people with normal temperaments, but does not apply to people like Milsi. This guy has a very short fuse. What he says and what he means are totally different things. I'm sure he does ot even realise half of what he says. Such people are highly repentant when they realise just how much they end up hurting the person they love especially if they have done so wrongfully (Trust me I am one of them). Yes, it does not lessen the pain for the person who is the receipient of their outbursts. In Tamil there is a saying, a wound from fire may heal but the wound iflicted by the tongue leave a permanent scar. So Prachi must have been hurt but knowing her she woul be the last person to blame Milsi for it. She understands him perfectly well. That does not excuse his behaviour and he rightfully apologised to her and he better do something more than just apologise today!

My head is gonna explode with all her stupid stubboron behaviour and she thinks everybody likes her typical. she doesn't show any emotions even if its sad or happy. She blames the first person that she suspects with out finding if they are the real ones to blame or not.
I really hate her except when she is with MILIND.

But the guy also said "mujhe maaf kar de Prachi". He also so lovingly opened his arm for her. He assured her Neev will be alright with her.
On 15th Oct. Milind shouted on Prachi even more badly. But at that time, not just we fans but also Prachi forgave him instantly. And what followed was the most memorable day for all of us..
