ayesha unmasks the man she thinks has been following milsi and he turns out to be ranvir. meanwhile neev has been seen by prachi and prachi tells ranvir and ayesha about seeing neev.
milsi gets a phone call asking him to go to GM mills. he goes, neev follows. prachi follows both milsi and neev. milsi and neev enter GM mills. prachi enters calling for milsi and she hears a gunshot and she gets worried.
prachi is looking for milsi and sees him lying on the floor wounded and she gets hysterical. neev, who was sitting by milsi gets up to console her but she pushes his hand away, slaps him and accuses him of killing milsi to get her.
prachi picks up neevs gun and points it towards him. neev is crestfallen and he falls on his knees and says that he cant believe she thought of him like that and if she had asked, he would have given his life up for her. he says that everything is finished because of her and he falls flat on his face and 2 gun shot wounds are shown on his back. neev is dead😭 ayesha comes and sees both bodies and she sees prachi with the gun in her hand. ayesha goes to milsi and gets hysterical, but she realises that he is still alive and both her and prachi get happy.
prachi and ayesha are wating outside the operation theatre. the red light goes off and prachi goes to see milsi. milsi wakes up and asks for neev. prachi tells him that neev ws after his life so he could get her back in his life. milsi says she is wrong and tells her what happened...flashback..milsi enters GM mills and neev tells him that someone is after his life and he has been called her intentionally. a masked guy calls out milsi's name and points a gun towards him. neev and milsi run. neevs gun falls on the floor and the masked guy comes infront of milsi. neev sees his gun besides milsi and he tells milsi to get the gun. milsi gets shot on the shoulder while trying to get it. milsi finally picks it up and shoots, but realises that the bullets are fake. the masked man is about to shoot yet again, but neev comes infront of him and is shot in the back. end of flashback.
milsi says that he is alive because of neev and prachi is shocked.
