Lizzy you could be right. But dont agree with the highlighted portion. Prachi will not see reason so easily. Yes, the killer could be somebody other than these three. Maybe that is why Neev went to Pune to keep him in check and did not bother that Ranvir is still around. One thing I have learnt from the past, despite all our efforts to find a logical story, they will come up with an illogical plot. So I would'nt be surprised if they come up with something which will contradict everything they have shown so far.
