They showed her yearning when she made the decision to leave him and when Neesha were getting married. But since Neesha's wedding..after he became someone else's husband...she got over him as was rightful for her to do. Neev was her sister's husband and she gave no thought to him as her ex-lover after that point. And i don't blame her feeling that way. Some people are capable of moving on fast some are not.

Prachi's love for Milind runs much deeper than any other emotion Prachi feels. And she gave Milind her all in their love. So it was natural that she would feel a much stronger kind of desperation without him. He is/was/will be her husband whereas Neev was a Boyfriend and ex-lover who became her sister's husband.

She has her lines pretty clearly drawn and her emotions don't cross the boundries. Thats part of her character.

Reemz, Prachi is the kind of person who loves without asking to be loved. Her love is always unconditional. She even loves her worst enemy, Ayesha although she knows she can never hope to get her love returned. She loved Milind even though he had hated and despised her. She never expected her love for him to be returned either. So that cannot be taken as a yardstick to measure her love for Neev.

My point is she never understood what true love was between a man and a woman till she fell for Milsi. She thought that what she felt for Neev was the kind of love you would feel for your life partner. But if it was, she would not have outgrown that love so fast. It is because she has, I am quite convinced it was puppy love.

Yes, she hurts for Neev, she could'nt bear to see him suffer but then she couldn't bear to see Ayesha suffer, she couldn't bear to see Suki suffer. She sacrified her happiness for all these people too. That is her nature.

Her love for Milsi is different from her love for other people including Neev. She is fiercely possessive of her love. She was willing to love Milind without any reciprocation. But once she had experienced his love she does not want to let go. She cannot bear to sacrifice that love for anyone. That is why she repeatedly says that she can bear any amount of torture but she cannot stay apart from him.

In short, with Neev she was still a child-woman, willing to be led by the man she thought she loved. With Milind she has blossomed into a mature woman who despite retaining her childlike innocence, has evolved into a strong willed, passionate being, willing to lead the man she loves.

Hmm, I still think her love for Neev was also very mature as well. As I said, she did not expect anything in return nor did she show any sort of childishness. About the whole 'letting go' part, she was ready to let Milind marry Ayesha wasn't she?She was lucky that Milind remembered everything varna kya karti? Please correct me if I'm wrong because I don't follow the show religiously. 😊

I do think that marriage gave her a sense of responsibility which made her realise the importance of love and companionship. I think she realised that now she in such a sacred relationship, she cannot even think about Neev in that way and at the same time Milind just pulled her more towards him. They were two lonely souls who found solace in each other.
