Lead actress of Kayamath, Panchi Bora has sued her on-screen husband/male lead of the same serial, Shabbir Ahluwalia in Kekta high court today. She claimed that though Shabbir is a very good human being and close to her, she had to take this action to save herself from visiting doctor every other day. When asked to explain, she said, she has bruises on her hand, rashes in her cheeks and ears and allergy in her forehead (credit: Shabbir's athletic hands and everlasting stubble). This is very deleterious to her looks and health and she had to do something about it. It seems though she requested Shabbir to be soft with her, he never listened to her. She is hoping that after the court hearing Shabbir or the court will understand her problem and does something about it.
When we asked Shabbir to comment about it, he expressed his sympathy for his close friend Panchi but said, it is not his fault that he has to kiss her on forehead 10 times in every episode and including the retakes it goes to at least 100 times a day. He also said he has to pull her hand and caress her cheeks and ears too in every episode almost the same number of times. It's all the requirements of the script and his character needs to be rough and tough. Hence there was nothing he could do about it. However, he said he would talk to Panchi and settle the case off the court and he has contacts with the best health insurance company which he will introduce to Panchi.
It is worth remembering here that Panchi has a habit of going to Kekta court very often. Previously she had sued the director of Kayamath for making her cry a lot in the serial. She had lost the case then as the court had announced its judgement that if she is a K-serial heroine, she had to cry in every episode and Panchi can't question it. It is speculated that the Kekta court like every Kekta serial has the habit of repeating its dialogues and Panchi will have to hear the same judgement again. We sympathize with Panchi though.
