I am sure he is not going to get his memory back. They draged this PA to much and won't end it just like that. There will be high emotional drama before MICHI reunites.
BTW. even PA did not change Milsy much. Before he was more concerned that Prachi loved neev not him also loved A. Now he thinks it is wrong to love Prachi because she loves Neev and not because he is engaged with Ayesha
