Yo Vasu, I think your right that was the first time Mills was jealous, but I also vaguely remember after Neev was accused of setting up the hotel scandal..when Michi was alone in their room, Prachi said that Neev wouldnt so such a thing, and Mills looked unimpressed, bole toh a lil jealous to me. I don't think he liked her defending N.

Pippaji, When Milind was dancing with Prachi in the 31st July epi, he didn't even glance in Ayesha's direction to see her reaction to him and Prachi close dancing, even when NA took the dance floor, Milind didn't even glance at them, he was totally hacked off with the thought that NP tricked him, and supposedly set him in the hotel scam that he was too busy roughing up Prachi. Like someone already said, Milind as he walked to his bedroom in his drunken state, said my wife has no time for me. I did sense a tiny bit of jealousy as well as insecurity from Milind. (Insecurity stemming from the fact that Ayesha chose Neev over him.)
