and Pl prays that like the way they have stepped out as a pair.... they return as a pair! Dadi and Pl stand out to wave out to them... while going inside... Pl sees Prachi's hand print(one of the rituals after marriage) outside the house and prays that all becomes fine between Michi.

Exactly what I thought. I think yes, some sort of punishment was necessary. But Milsi went overboard. Violence is never a solution to ANY problem.
