KYM was never ever strong in logic. So it is futile to even think logically to figure out the current plot. Yet I could'nt help but wonder at some of the things we have been shown so far.
Milsi has the accident and when he regains consciousness heads straight to Ayesha ignoring his own father, sister and wife. We are later told he has partial amnesia, has forgotten the past year of his life and thinks he is still in Turkey. If we presume that he did have partial amnesia and has forgotten tha past one year, then there are several unanswered questions:
- Why did he not acknowledge his own father and his sister who were right next to his bed and head straight to Ayesha who was not even in the same room?
- How did he know that he needs to look out for her in the corridor?
-Why is he ignoring Alaap and concentrating his 'hatred' on Prachi?
-His dispassionate hugs of Ayesha and his parroted dialogues to her may indicate that he has still not recovered from his brain surgery and is in a daze. But it can also suggest that he is very much in his senses and is playing her along, can it not?
-Why did he do his best not to look at the photo of Michi lying on the ground when it was right under his feet?
-Why does he not enquire about Prachi's mangalsutra or sindoor?
-Why did he not shout at her when he realised that she had prepared the spicy meal? Instead he quietly gets up and leaves.
All this suggests that Milsi may indeed be faking it. The question is why is he doing so? Is it to teach a lesson to Ayesha? But what sort of lesson will it be if he is cuddling up to her and making his own wife miserable?
One possibility could be that he is aware of Alaap's plan and is trying to checkmate him. The lawyer's sudden appearance with the file which contained his will which also indicated that he has transferred half his property in Ritwik's name seems suspicious. Why should he give Prachi the will when Milsi is still alive and also appears well?
I think Milsi also knows about Alaap's plans to hook up with Swetlana (by the way that was really fast work by Alaap. In such short time he managed to take their relationship up to marriage stage). So he must have deliberately planted the file there so that Alaap may break his relationship with Swetlana.
Having ensured that, I think, he may lead Alaap on to think he is getting Ritwik's wealth and get him to sign some document which declares he is Ritwik's father. This he may later use to threaten him saying that if he lays any stake to Ritwik or his wealth, he will show this to Suyesha's father who will take care of him.
You see Alaap's inital plan may be to threaten Milsi that he will tell the world that the baby is Suki's using the medical report. He will not be willing to acknowledge he is the father because that would get him into trouble. In this manner he will trap Alaap into admitting he is the father. He may also get him to hand over Suki's medical report, the only proof that she is Ritwik's mother.
Well the plan seems convoluted and hard to believe considering the guy just met with a life threatening accident to think of such an elaborate plot. But his behaviour since then has also been confusing to say the least. Since KYM logic is always twisted, I thought if Milsi is indeed faking it, it may be for this.
