One thing is for sure. The Channel is taking the viewers of KYM seriously. How else would one explain the media attention given to KYM in the last couple of months. We were never privy to what was in store for us even when most serials were giving away future plot lines.

Now with the cut throat competition and trp race, it is difficult for the channels/production houses to ignore the viewer's interest. KYM's trps have really suffered ever since they started this track of bumping off Milsi and bringing in PA (falling to below 4 from above 4). So suddenly we are being told what lies in store for us. Although this does kill the element of suspense, this would ensure that people are not kept off their show forever, anticipating that they intend to stretch it for too long.

Nobody is averse to twists as long as they are short and resolved soon (not longer than a couple of weeks). This means that the creatives will have to keep coming up with newer and newer twists at regular intervals. But afterall that is what they are being paid for, is'nt it? Not to recycle old garbage and stretch it till breaking point.

I totally believe that they have so many sub plots that they can come with for kayamath....

Here are some that i thought of...

1. Inder's killer hunt
2. Sukriti Baby Raaz
3. Mamaji and Alaap blackmail
4. Ayesha and Neev or Neev and Soumya track
5. Mamaji's daughter and Saket track

For Michi

1. If milind does not regain from his amnesia then
1. Blackmailing prachi because of Alaap
2. Marrying Prachi and falling in love with her
3. New track with Soumya having problems in her life

Without amnesia
1. Milind and Prachi - blackmailed
2. Prachi pregnancy and
3. Milind's business loss and life in the chawal
4. Milind and Prachi working together to build their business

Yes, Sangeetha. I agree with you. There is so much fodder already, they dont really need to look any further. Just complete all the unfinished business.

I would especially love to see the chawl track start with Michi expecting their first child and Milsi's longing to give the best for his child and working really hard to rebuild his fortunes, Prachi supporting him all the way. They can have their little tiffs (nothing earth shattering) and making up big time. Once all this is over they can bring in a leap and show their lives five years later with a new challenge. But seriously I feel they should not stretch KYM for more than another six months. If they do they are sure to butcher all the characters.

KYM is a romantic serial and not like Kyuki or KGGK which are family dramas with lots of characters to keep shifting focus. Unfortunately they have not bothered to develop any of the other characters in KYM except Michi and WWW. So it would be diffiuclt to carry on this way for too long without butchery. They better start developing other characters before it is too late.

Hope Nagpal doesnt go back on his word, gonna save this article, in case he goes back on his promise to get Miland and Prachi together, I will gives these creeps a tongue-lashing if they play with our emotions.
