Creatives insensitive to our emotions

Hi friends,

I've been very upset and worried after yesterday's episode..Im quite sure that the body is not Milind's [i sincerely hope so!], but the resemblance between them was so uncanny, that the thought of the last scene just baffles me..Plus the 'P' ring on Milind's finger is getting me even more scared..

Now coming to the topic, i just feel that the creatives have been completely insensitive to viewer's emotions...They by now know how popular and loved Milind is [they have made their knowledge of this public], and they are being ruthless by showing us such a horrible track.. Milind is the USP of the show, the most adored character and after all the hue and cry about Michi's divorce being stopped because of their fan-following,they showing something like this was absolutely unexpected..Agreed that Shabbir had to go off for his shooting to Jaisalmer, but when they could keep him in the frame for the 1 or 2 months that he was in Turkey, then why not now..Even if it was difficult for Shabbir to bank too many episodes, could'nt they think of any other way to show his absense? They could have got Michi married in a day or two.Rather they carried on with the ceremonies for weeks on end, with a 5 minute view of Milind so that we wouldnt complain [very smart move i must say!]...There are so many other ways of making a story go forward..They could have concentrated on the other characters, or shown some new development in the plot, but NO, they had to do something as disgusting as making Milind fall off a cliff just hours before his wedding...! 😡

It just shows their lack of creativity and understanding of a viewers mind...They make serials for us, but they never show what the viewers wish to see more than half the times...And i don't know why, but BT seems to specialize in this field! At times i just wonder why i got hooked onto Kayamath? Not to see all this atleast, and spoil my mood and get upset..I know its just a show, but when you get attached to characters like these, then its very difficult to be indifferent to the situation..

I wish someone blows up these so-called creatives for making life literally hell for all of us! 😡

I guess this is the easiest way for them to up their trps. They think everyone is going to tune in on Monday to find out what happened to Milind. They don't realize that even more would tune in to see Michi love and romance. Or would they?

I guess they are more motivated by getting max people to watch than giving us something worth watching. Quantity more than Quality.

Perhaps youre right Gawker...They want to increase their TRPs, which is for sure..But there are better ways of doing it na? I mean i clearly remember in that Telly Buzz article about the 'Power of Fan Mails', the executive producer of Star Plus said that people in their fan mails have written that they watch Kayamath only to see Michi, and if they are separated, then they would disconnect themselves from the show...After all this to show something like Milind almost dying is atrocious!

They are plain sadists who are gladly laughing all their way to the bank while we weep our eyes out, curse them and still subject ourselves to this torture. The only way they will stop this if we stop watching the show and make a serious dent in their trps.

I hope the Trps don't rise, let KYM stew on the no 10 spot, even better if its slips to 11. Well I agree with you, I think the writer Nagpal could have planned an alternative exit for Miland, oh well what is done is done, now I feel that Kayamath is fast loosing its charm. If on Monday that body is wrongly identified as Miland with the the P ring on full show, and they later show Miland coming back from the 'dead', I will start asking myself the question why did I get addicted to this show? 😕 I want Miland to come back in an uncompicated fashion as Miland Mishra only (no amnesia, no humshakal/look a like )! Well thats me and my hopes!
Star plus and Nagpal knew our weakness for Miland and Michi, and played with our emotions good and proper by showing Miland in a horrific accident.

Well I have already stopped watching the show, stick to reading updates. No Miland means No Kayamath for me.

Instead of being 'sensitive' to our feeling, they are being 'alert' about it. Like others have said, seems like they think what better way than to play with our emotions to get us hooked?

And I don't mind creative not showing exactly what I want to watch, after all I need the element of surprise. But I do mind how they keep showing things I definitely don't want to watch. And this "death" track is in my list of the only no nos of Kayamath: divorce, ONS and death. So I'll see if they would actually go with it.
