He wouldn't care that Prachi tried to protect somebody else at the cost of his character and the memories of a beautiful relationship he once shared with her. This track has ended even the little bit of friendship that was there between them before this. He will need no other reason to be revengeful. But he does have another reason...and that is that Prachi tried to protect her sister-in-law by deceiving his brother. He will confirm that Prachi has always been against his family (with her silent support of Alaap breaking his engagement with Purvi and now this).

JC agree with you that Prachi brought this thing on herself and deserves to suffer and poor Milsi will have to suffer too for no fault of his. but if they spring the fake baby raaz, then I will not have as much empathy for Milsi. He should have had better sense than be led by Ayesha into the bedroom. And one may grant him some margin that he did not initiate anything and he was too drunk to protest. But he has exposed himself to this situation by insisting that Ayesha stay at SM for his own revenge and not getting rid of her even after his revenge agenda was over. In fact he is still allowing her to stay and letting her brainwash him. So I guess he has to reap something of what he sowed (no pun intended)
