Mmmph, I watched Maid In Manhattan and I quite liked it. Jennifer Lopez was a maid at a upscale New York hotel. She ends up wearing a guest's designer clothes and while doing so, meets Ralph Fiennes a politician who mistakes her for a wealthy fellow guest.She likes him but is afraid that he will reject her if he knows the truth, so she keeps up the pretence. I shuddder to think how something as light and frothy as that movie is going to translate into a BT soap. 😆 😕 🤢

Oh Lord, now they are butchering Maid In Manhattan. I guess they are finished with Jane Austen. From what I have seen of BT serials they all seem to have shades of Emma, Pride & Prejudice and Sense & Sensibility. Mmmph, this may be a start of a new topic. Spot The Orginal!
