I find a big difference in the way Milsi used to look at Ayesha back in the good ole days when they were going strong and in the way he looks at Prachi espcially after their declaration of love for each other. The first was all so passionate and smouldering, reflecting his wild temperament. He looked like he can gobble her up with his look. She returned that look with a devil may care attitude. Very rarely did she let the fire in her heart show through her eyes. But in all this passion there was a sense of restlessness in his look.
With Prachi, his gazes can be classified into three phases. In the first phase when he still despised her, his look reflected contempt at its best and pure irritation at its worst. Prachi's was one of fear in the beginning laced with sorrow. Having fallen for his wife (unknowingly in the beginning and knowingly later), his gaze turned into one of longing. Something which said 'Wont you love me back'. Prachi's look during this phase mirrored his. Only the two were so blind that they could not recognise that the other was feeling the exact same thing. Now having realised that his love is being returned in full by his wife, there is a distinct gentleness in that gaze even as they convey the deep love he feels for her. Passion is there but there is an overwhelming tenderness that surpasses it - a sense of peace and satisfcation. Prachi's gaze again reflects the same emotions as that of her husband's. Only hers is laced with a small degree of shyness which is very very becoming. No wonder this guy is absolute nuts over her.
It is not for nothing that it said our eyes are a reflection of our soul. Michi's eyes indeed are relections of their beautiful souls.
And kuddos to all the three actors, Shabbo, Panchi and Sanjeeda for emoting so beautifully with their eyes.
