Hey Shali,
I do wonder if my books drive me more insane or is it BT's impossible redundancy in ruining absolutely beautiful stories.

JC dear, without an iota of doubt,I would say that BT is the one and only reason for our insanity. We would have to give a big round of applause to the destructives for ruining such a beautiful jodi.Agree with me?

@Mica: Welcome to the forum 🤗Please do write more and have fun here😊

@Shanta: Hehe I think the discussion was fun, dear....

@Beautiful ladies: Could anyone please tell me what's the meaning of the line of the new promo, oh pretty please please?

Seriously Milind can't go too far with his harsh treatment😕 Just like some of you said, there's actually a limit to it. I liked the prediction that says Milind will make Prachi's drunk and then she'll spill the beans. But not to be pessimistic or anything, that sounds too good to be true and if he's drunk himself he won't be able to digest her confession anyway

Anju, Your Michi Kittens want me to let lose a Bull Dog behind them😡 Why do i even come here the 1st thing in the morning... The New Promo is how i begin my week 😡 And worse, once i read the promo i go... Ok, got to accept Milind's mistake and have to bear Prachi's Silence all over again😡 Prachi better put an end to this non sense and get him into his sense with a tight slap... i wont be able to respect a girl who cant respect herself... and that drunken husband of hers needs a bucket of ice cold water splashed on his head😡 Anyway by the time this track ends Milind would have taken care of one of my biggest grouses that he hasnt done anything to apologize in future

Btw I want to see how the scene is shot before i jump into any conclusions. I just hope Prachi didnt try to act smart and go and try to stop him from drinking saying it is bad for him... he is going to shoot back saying 'Main jeeyun ya maroon tumhe ise kya😡'😕 Or may be ma'am tried to be super smart and replaced his alchol with water or coke. Milu no doubt is wrong...but let me see it 1st to get the entire picture.

from the promo update... a part of what sita heard means... Milind's hatred will break every relationship
But I feel it wont be a statement. It is always a question... so must be something liek WILL Milind's hatred be the last straw for this relationship? And given Michi's track record... I would can say NO!
I just hope Neev doesnt walk in. I will be totally upset if Milind's hatred is made to pave way for Neev's heroism

I liked the prediction that says Milind will make Prachi's drunk and then she'll spill the beans. But not to be pessimistic or anything, that sounds too good to be true and if he's drunk himself he won't be able to digest her confession anyway I like this prediction too, but its sounds more of a wish or hope....I somehow cant see this happening in the serial and the truth coming out that soon....its too good to be true...if it were the case....the promo would have certainly highlighted this, then again last week's promo showed Milsi signing the divorce papers, and the divorce didnt go through after all . so who knows, but am not very hopeful :(

I think Prachi may push the glass of wine away or even better Milsi may feel gulity and drop the glass.

While one thought appeals to me, the other appalls me. It is surely possible… Why cant it be possible? Why should I blame both because their creators ate the same, when i think one of them is not wrong.

Once you have two different ideologies... you can prefer one to the other. There is nothing biased about it… it is a question of what relates to you more, how tolerant one is to something, what manages to capture your imagination… all that matters and it is a very personal preference. Yes, a lot of us out here relate more to Milind because he is more Human, he is interesting and intriguing… he has an amazing screen presence which is why your attention is on him most of the time. Milind has more retention value…he is playing on your mind most of times… Which is why you understand him better, which is why he bothers you more than any other character. And the actor who portrays him is such a seasoned actor that he knows exactly the point he wants to convey to the audience… his small gestures & nuances are what defines Milind. For eg the day he signed the divorce papers… he was completely numb barring a flicker of anger that crossed his face for a second… that was indication of what was coming up. Milind is the most adored character on the show, just the fact that Shabbo got a nomination for the Best Actor with barely 5 weeks of work talks of the impact Milind Mishra has on his audience. Just see the endearments that are used for this guy and the nick names that he has been given so lovingly....even all the characters put together dont have that many endearments and nick names... right from Duffer to Rockstar, right from Ballu to Sher. When a character has such a hold on the audience coupled with enough reason to put him on a better place…I don't blame the audience for siding him. So in this case Milind has the understanding of the majority of his audience. If that is being biased, then so be it because not everybody is capable of identifying, relating and understanding two contrast ideologies at the same time. Perfectly normal behaviour from the audience side.

Coming to Prachi… I don't think the problem out here is about the consistency of the characters… atleast that hasn't been my problem. My problem is with Prachi's character. There are traits I trully appreciate about her. But I have a problem with her sacrificing nature with ONLY destructive results... I have a problem because she doesnt have it in her to back her good intentions with right action and more often than not she leaves the person she sets out to help a devasted. Even after the social service towards Ayesha and Neev backfired, The 'Know it all Queen' does it for the 3rd time in a row and this time the victim is Milind… and I have a bigger problem with her now because the person in question is Milind. The Last two times I tolerated her stupidity..because Milind came along and set things right... But again for the 3rd time? And this time with far worse implications and consequences? Sorry, Prachi doesnt have an iota of my understanding... I cant make the mistake of overlooking her destructive sacrifices for a 3rd time in a row.. I need to be reasonable to my ownself

Just curious, since Prachi claims to know Milind more than himself… what was she expecting Milind to do after she lied? Test his intelligence after shattering his heart and trust? How can one expect him to sit analysis everything… just when one single thought of moment spend together is making him revolt? How do u expect him to dwell on memories and try solve the jigsaw puzzle his wife throws at him… when he cant seem to tolerate it because immediately a sense of betrayal takes over? How do u expect him to be quick witted when he is left feeling like the biggest fool to have walked the earth? From where I see, from whatever bit of experience I have in life and a competent understanding of Milind… I see Milind's reactions normal and natural in such circumstances

His love and trust has faltered at the first hurdle that has come its way.

Yes, his love & trust faltered at the hurdle that came his way… And I don't blame him because the hurdle he tripped on wasn't something or somebody else but the woman he placed his entire Love, Trust and himself in. If there were someone else challenging his love he would have fought. When the woman he loves more than his own life stood against it… from where he sees there is nothing left for him to fight for!!! And I perfectly understand.

So it is plain futile to keep arguing about it.
Yup, It is! And with Milsi gone... I am sure a lot of us are going to be missing too...forget arguments, i wonder if there would be interaction also😕

Ryka, you are free to have your opinion about Prachs and Milsi just as I have mine. You would forgive any flaws in Milsi because of your unstinting support to him (or should I say to Shabbo?). But that does not mean I should too, is'nt it? Both Milsi and Prachs have their strenghths and weaknesses. As to combining them and bashing them up, I was not doing that. I was only saying that one cannot absolve Milsi even as one bashes up Prachs. Yes, Prachs made some idiotic decisions and finds herself and the people she loves in a mess because of it. Milsi too is making some mistakes of his own, even if it is a reaction to the actions of Prachs. For a man who claims to love and trust his wife, he has conveniently forgotten all her goodness the past so many times (will not go over those since JC has beautifully explained those already) or has twisted these to suit his own logic. In the process he is inflicting pain on himself and the one he claims to love. I have no problem if he was angry with Prachs for hiding something. But to believe the worst of her character (why even Ayesha has been shown to receive more mercy with a much more deplorable character) all in the name of how possessive he is of her and how betrayed he feels, that is still not digestable to me.

The characters are acting as they are supposed to according to their characterisation. With each of them holding his/her own and not going beyond what they have shown in the past, Michi is sure to break up. Since I dont want that I would have preferred to see Milsi go beyond what meets the eye or the ear (just as I would want Prachs to have come out with the truth earlier).

What two times are you talking about when you say Milsi set things right for her. What about the upteen number of times she has set things right for Milsi? She prevented him from drowning himself in drinks, she stood by his sister yet prevented her from committing the biggest blunder of her life (in marrying Saket in the sly), she took care of his father as her own, she helped him win his contract by vouching for his sincerity and hard work (now he accuses her of trying to steal business quotations to give to Neevl!), she readily forgave him his many mistakes (including the near rape) and even the supposed ONS. Imagine if she had not what emotional torture he would have undergone. He has now put these bitter instances of his behaviour past him and gone ahead because of her graciousness. I can understand his initial reaction. But to continue under this misconception about her character for so long and set about destroying her, I dont find acceptable.

And what is it about all his nicknames. Should the fact that he has all these nicknames and people love him make me less harsh in judging him? Sorry, I cant. I love Michi too much to be lenient either to Milsi or Prachs if they behave in a manner that will jeopardise it.

And you have said it, Shabbo is the most adored character. Yes, Milsi may be adored because Shabbo protrays him. It does not mean what Milsi does is always right. There is a huge difference between understanding a character and accepting their behaviour as right. I understand both Prachi and Milsi, but I dont agree with the way they are behaving right now. One's judgement of a character should transcend the actor who plays the role however good that actor is.

At the end of the day, you are entitled to your opinion dear just as I am entitled to mine. I am sure you will not accept a single word I say. No problem. I'll put a final full stop to my arguements and see how far these guys will go with this retarded track.
