There are many in this forum who feel that the c-night was too long and too explicit for a t.v. soap. Well, this is my take on the elaborate c-night scene.

They had earlier shown a violent near-rape by Milind. He has periodically exhibited a violent side every time he misunderstood Prachs. Now when they have to show the union of the lead pair they will have to show a transformed Milsi, dont they? If one notices the way the scene was picturised it was done with a lot of class. A lot of importance was given to tenderness. Milsi was very restrained in his approach. His moves were very gentle. The emphasis was on giving and not on taking. He was very patient with her and allowed her to respond to his overtures at her own pace. The pair had been through a lot together, were torn apart by circumstances and people. So the all important event in their lives had to personify the new found understanding between them. I read in somebody's post that Prachs gave in to her husband to prove that she respected her marriage. I totally disagree with this view. Prachs is as much in love with her Milsi as he is with her. For both the act itself was an expression of that love. And contrary to the view that it was too bold I feel that it was aesthetically done. There are many Indian movies which are much more explicit, not even certified adults only and are aired at prime time. For a late night show I found nothing wrong in the picturisation.

As to repeating it the next day I feel that is to fill in the gaps they may have in completing the episode (since Panchi had to go away to write her exams). If you noticed even in the wednesday's episode they showed the full title song with Prachi and Neev instead of only the title montage as they have been doing for quite some time now. (Though at the current juncture, showing NP seems totally out of place). Again it must be a gap filler for want of bank scenes.

Perfecto! I couldn't have said it better. You are right on the dot. Thanx for the post as i too felt confused as to whey people were accusing Prachi for her love toward her husband and consummating a marriage. Prachi has not shown any sort of romantic feelings toward Neev ever since she got married...or should i say ever since Neev himself gave her hand into Milsi's. So there should be no confusion as to why Prachi wanted to be with Milsi. It was only and only for her love towards him. I totally agree with your reason for why they repeated that scn. And really there was nothing vulgar about that picturization. And the part where she gets up in the middle and Milsi hold her back...it wasn't because she was uncomfy. It was cause she felt a lil shy (naturally😳). I remember when Neev used to try to kiss her...she would try to move away. Did that not look uncomfy to anyone. I mean if you attribute that to her shyness then with Milsi too it was shyness. But unlike her earlier encounters with Neev...with Milsi she just needed one small gesture and she willingly went back into his arms and kissed him (willingly being the key factor). I thought it was a beautiful expression of their mutual feelings for each other. Nothing disgusting about it.😊

the romantic scenes at sea beach b/w shabbir & panchi were aesthetically ,decently picturised , I HAVE LOT OF RESPECT FOR PANCHI BECAUZ SHE IS SUCH A DIGNIFIED ACTRESS ,PANCHI is not a bindaass!! or bold types actressess like anita ,sangeeta ghosh ,shveta salve ,bhoomi of saans bhi kabhi bahu thi ,who wear revealing outfits most of the times & are famous for giving bold scenes ,ASHIMA BAHALL IN MERI AAWAZ KO MIL GAYEE ROSHNI on star plus has given such super-hot scenes with karan grover , our PANCHI IS 1000000000000000000000000000000000 times dignified than OTHER BINDAAS & BOLD ACTRESSESS ON TV , I HAVE LOT OF RESPECT FOR PANCHI & HATS OFF!! TO SHABBIR WHO DID THE ROMANTIC SCENE WITH PANCHI IN SUCH A DECENT & DIGNIFIED WAY !!! . I am dead sure shabbir must have helped panchi in doing that scene ,shabbir must be a true gentleman in real life !!

i find the actressess who have participated IN THE SHOW JHALAK DIKLAJA ON SONY 100000 TIMES BOLD THAN OUR CUTE PANCHI ,ALL THE ACTRESSESS who have particapated in jhalak dikhlaja are soooooooo bindaas!! & have no shame in wearing those itsy-bitsy outfits & doing such bolsd western dance steps with men dancers ,i know it's a dance show but one really needs a lot of guts for wearing such revealing outfits & dancing boldly with the men dancers !!. THANK GOD!! OUR PANCHI IS 10000000000000000000000000 TIMES BETTER THAN OTHER ACTRESSESS ON TV.

My thoughts exactly, also just to point out that the show is telecasted in 11pm slot in india, so its after the watershed hours, and here in the UK its telecasted @ 9.30, so theres gotta be a difference in views.

But I do agree with you guys the Panchi very dignified and has self respect. Elegance and Class is the way to describe her...

Opti darling a very lovely and much needed topic. Though you've said it all I'd just like to add that the scene was much required not because we were dying to see it ...😳 ok I admit I was n was truly curious as to how it would be done keeping other Balaji consumations in mind I found it superbly shot. It was soft, tender , not mushy at all rather passionate and very very sensitive. Particularly one scene where Prachi kisses Milind on the cheek. Usually it's the men who do the kissing and the women comply ..but here Prachi too had wanted to kiss her husband now how better can this be portrayed. This was a mutual decision taken on by both.😊 I've actually never seen her kiss Neev but she did kiss Milind showing that she loves him as much as he loves her. The part where she turns away and he holds her back that is so natural, keeping Prachi's character in mind it had to be it. She is shy, reserved and not very outspoken. Shedding off her inhibitions needed time but it was just one small gesture on her husband's part that reassured her, calmed her and made her realize her desires towards him too. The fact that he wanted her as much as she wanted him ...all in all I think it was very very aesthetically done and shot , the feelings portrayed so superbly I was touched ....literally.And yes to all those who think it was performed as an act of responsibilty on Prachi's side my advice to them would be do please watch it again in light of our comments. I'm sure you'll be able to find the difference.😊

very well written 👏 👏

it was a very aesthetically shot scene ,bold but beautifully potrayed as a scene between two people in love who wanted to be with each other.

what we got to see is a milind so different and soo patient ,a prachi who was shy but wanted to love back milind.there was no obligation or sense of duty but a desire to be one with the man she loved.there was a passionate side of prachi we saw,the shy girl was an active participant rather than a submissive partner.I loved her take on the entire scenario...i still do not understand how people say she is trying to move forward as she is married and fulfilling her duty...why is it so difficult to see that she has wholeheartedly fallen in love with milind whatever she felt for neev is done with long before she went into milind's arms.
yes it is questionable as to what she felt for neev coz as someone had put it neev was the only boy throughout her life who was an integral part of it...both had taken each other's presence companionship for granted and if married they would have continued this companionship but a relationship needs a whole set of emotions for it to work...other wise it would crack at a point of time.....
even ayesha and milind had the hots for each other passion but what was missing was an understanding.....with prachi and milind it is different level altogether.milind is different with prachi as he is different to the whole world. i was more than happy that he reacted to the neev situation rather than being the sacrificial lover that is sooo not milind....he may say ten thousand times he wil let go of her but still the thought of her with neev makes this man a furious beast.....the only person who can calm him is prachi herself, the person who can reason with him is prachi herself...and milind is the man who can love prachi with a passion that only he is capable of.....but the most shocking aspect of this beast was the gentleness he potrayed during the consummation scene...the emotion to love her not simply lust her .....prachi has in true sense fallen in love so has milind ...i do not know what all is in store for us but i know this much now both of them are not capable of letting leave alone loving anyother person in their heart till kayamath 😳

i hope i made sense .....

Glad to see you guys in agreement. The scene was very critical to show the transformation of these two characters - Milsi, from the rough guy to the soft tender lover and Prachi, from the shy girl to the girl who can boldly express her love for her man - a transformation that has taken place because of the pure unadultrated love they feel for each other. This would have been completely missed out if they had stopped with the kiss and the hug and showed the lights fading away. Have to admit that this was the most beautiful c-night episode on any K-serial I have seen. Kudos to the director, cameraman (who by the way executed it so beautifully) and the actors for doing the scene so naturally (dont agree with Panchi looking uncomfortable). By the way Muneeza, great Fan fic dear. Keep going.
