*Pouts* Chituku, didn't you read the introducing post... It's my language, Indonesian! (now do tell me it sounds beautiful!😃) I took the audio (well actually my friend took it for me because I was missing that day's show) from our TV channel that broadcasts Kayamath here. We're really not far behind the Indian show, only less than two weeks apart:) Glad you're amused by it😆

Hehe my pleasure to be at your service, Panache...😆😆 Yup I definitely wish they spare the dubbing and put subtitle, special for Shabbir's part😳

So Magno, you read the update and just watch hindi episodes or do you understand little bit of hindi..

Is hindi films and serials really popular in Indonesia? I never knew they telecasted hindi serials in dubbed form there.. It is news to me😊

Shan, I know you meant these as light, conversational questions, but my brain cells are having stressed immediately because the second question is difficult to answer😆

First Q: No I don't understand any Hindi. Before this, I read Ryka's recap first and then watch the video, but now I prefer to watch the video first and then read the recap (and all of everybody comments in episode thread:) It's not confusing actually, because I'm rather good at guessing and basically the video tells most of the story, right... And Ryka has been really kind and helps me tremendously with translations. Then, after a few days, I sit back and watch the same episode on TV, understanding the whole thing thanks to the dubbing, and watching Milind's gorgeousness clearly😆.

Second Q: Kuch Kuch Hota Hai was very popular among all groups of people in Indonesia, I can say it confidently. But for other Hindi movies and serials... I think they are popular for some group of people in Indonesia and not for the others. None of my close friends watch Hindi movies, for instance. And they are not played in major cinemas. I think they are more popular among older generations and not my generation and younger generation. But some of our National TVs do broadcast Hindi movies regularly (although not in the prime time). And they always dub it (as they do other foreign shows except Hollywood's). As for serials, before Kayamath I don't remember seeing any K serials on TV. Ones I remember seeing on TV were the old Mahabarata and Ramayana, which are ancient shows, right. None of my close friends and family watch Kayamath despite my try in promoting it :( They don't know what they're missing, hmmph. But I do believe there are quite many people enjoying Hindi movies(and also Kayamath) in Indonesia, even without including the quite some number of Indian descendant- Indonesians in this country, who I think mostly enjoy Indian movies.

That's my thought without data or research what so ever to back it up:) Plus I don't watch TV that much so seriously, I'm not really reliable at all in my informations.

I hope you haven't fallen asleep reading😃

Thanks Magno dear 😊 I never knew that hindi serials are dubbed in these languages and shown in other countries.. I expected in neighbouring countries of India, but never in places like Indonesia that too with just two weeks delay. It was a pleseant surprise 😊

Hope you did not feel I was mocking your language.. It was not meant like that at all. I just couldn't help laughing seeing the dubbing. Please don't feel offended.
