Ekta Kapoor has refused to deal with actors anymore.Ekta,who planned to refrain from issuing statements to the press till July for astrological reasons, has decided to break her silence. She's hurt to know that grabbing her silence as an opportunity,actors from Balaji Telefilms have been taking direct potshots at her about their grievances.If you're looking for a role in Balaji,don't expect its head honcho to be your friend. And likewise, if you're her friend, chances are you will not land a role in her serials. Ekta says, "I'm no longer accessible to actors and I'm no longer friends with people I work with."
What about her good buddies ? "Luckily for me, my friends like Akashdeep Saigal, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Prachi Desai, Natasha and Eijaz Khan are no longer working in our serials. As for others, go find someone else at Balaji to connect with. I've been making myself too accessible at my workplace. In which organisation do you have actors approaching the owner with their grievances? My actors can now approach Nachiket Pantvaidya, CEO of my TV branch. I've appointed a dependable group of executives and CEOs at Balaji to look after the administrative part of my production house. I want to deal only with the creative side. I want to focus on devising and writing new serials. I want to go to the Harvard University and learn film direction. I want to make new friends who have nothing to do with the television industry. There's so much I want to do with life,"she adds.

i was actualy dreaming about Ekta directing a film with him in the cast. looks like its not going to happen!

so Shawalia, out of Balaji camp??? i dont know whether i should feel happy or sad for that! i highly doubt he will be seen in a soap anymore. definitely not soon!!
