i agree entirely. i think the team knows the show is coming to an end and they are just putting in the hours.

one of the most hilarious scenes was alaap putting the boundary in the house. the whole family emerged from the left of the screen in the most unconvincing theatrical way. this is nowhere near the old kayamath we loved. forget sumontho - what connection does prachi have with suprateek - or is he also one of those 'out of sight, out of mind' relationships? they should either end this cold, or put in some effort as a respect for our time and loyalty.

One does not know how long Sanju's commitment to the show is. She may have been brought back to wind up the show in a couple of months if not sooner.

I agree Sanju is the last nail in the coffin I hope they call it a wrap soon it's way beyond reasoning now. I simply cannot blame the actors for feeling bored of it altogether.

Kasturi has been shifted to 6:30-7:30 time slot (sat & sun) since 2 or 3 months.....they had made bidaayi timings for 1 hour then....now they are goin to air a new show from monaday limiting bidaayi to half an hour.....

thanks. I think the new show will be good. It is not a BT show. that itself is a plus point.

I agree that this scene was truly not acted out as it should have been, and like most have pointed out the actors seem to have also lost the "oomf" to give outstanding performances that we know they are more than capable of, especially Shabir who seems to be putting his heart and soul into DQ. He's great in that.

However having said that, I do think that actors should put their best into their scenes, even if they are balancing on a sinking ship. There are some of us who still appreciate acting skills (even though the story is a load of nonsense) and therefore endeavour to look out for them in other projects. Although in Shabir's case this doesn't really matter.
