I think that taklu mama will play a role in the future track. They always sow the seeds of the next track before they end the previous one.
During the PIM track they made Milsi find out the truth about Ayesha which led him to shun her and force her to try killing Prachi. Unfortunately she hit Milsi and the PA track began.
Before that track concluded they brought in Ranbir and also the angle of Milsi's life being threatened. That led to the MMT track.
Then they brought in Mallika which led to the AM track and the leap track. Before this track concluded they bring in a taklu politician whose true colours Milind happens to know.
So there could be a possibility that he would be the main villian in the next track. This is a possibility if Proteek does not turn negative. If he does, then he will be the thorn in Michi's lives. I still think Proteek is doing all this to get Prachi to admit her identity before the world. So I'll go along with the taklu mama for now.
