The following morning Prachi arrived at work,wondering if she could be honest enough to admit that she had risen an hour earlier and paid special attention to her appearance,shampooing,conditioning and blow-drying her deep black hair into soft bouncy curve around her face and adding her make up carefully.She kept on looking at the mirror and kept telling herself that it was her daily routine but like it or not somewhere down in the corner she knew that today Milind would be arriving for the first time in the office and deep down she knew she had taken all the trouble for him,but still she couldnt help feel low thinking how could she even think something like that when she clearly knows he is married and has a sweet son.How could she destroy such a happy family.She felt guilty but didnt know why her heart this time was not listening to her.
Finally Prachi had arrived and she was nervous this had never happened to her before but this time she didnt know why but in her own office she was completely nervous maybe because she was sure she would encounter Milind once in the office.And she didnt know why but she wasnt sure if she was ready to meet him so soon,she would completely loose herself before him and this was really hard on her.She didnt have to consider the problem for long as Milind tapped on the door and entered.He came towards her his tall lean body as stunningly attired as before,in a lightweight dark jacket.His dark black hair falling down his collar and she found herself gazing at his deep black eyes.
You look beautiful,Prachi,he told her easily.She didnt understand why but one sentence from his mouth and she felt herdelf blushing.But yet composing herself at the same time she managed to say thank you.And made sure she kept it professional enough despite her blush.She had to keep focus and not allow herself from falling over this magical handsome hunk in front of her.I thought I should speak to you before the day begins,he said in a deep,husky voice that had her heart beating heavily and making a mockery of her so called composure.I just wanted to know why you didnt wish to come to dinner at my place yesterday,i m sorry it was your personal interest but just a bit curious.Prachi was nervous she just didnt find any perfect excuse for her behaviour for yesterday and just trying to ignore his question,she looked at him and replied,I think we should be discussing on the new hotel project we are really alot behind with it.And after all thats's what we're are all here for,she said not looking at him.
A smile touched his lip,Your efficency and enthusiasm is remarkable.Milind completely understood that she was avoiding him but what he failed to understand was why she was doing it.She looked at him and then with a smile she asked,Milind are you planning on breaking my concentration on work today if that so then i must warn you you will fail misrebaly,saying so she tried making small conversation with him and best to avoid his question that was clearly noticed in his eyes.Well then trust me Milind Mishra never fails in anything he does so i shall soon try it as well as soon as you allow.Prachi didnt know why but it seemed like she was loosing words in front of him and before it was too embarassing she turned to her desk and grabbed a file.Well Milind i have a lot of things that need my attention and i think the same is with you.
Indeed-enough to begin with.He walked to the door and paused turning back and called her Prachi,you still havent given my questions answer well dont worry i m here all day maybe when i meet you next you will be able to do it.Saying so he closed the door leaving back a bit suprise Prachi.
