As popular as DMG is with India-Forums and other online communities, it doesn't have very TRPs at all. Its a rage with the youth hence you'll see the craze online more than anywhere else but the aunties who watch Star Plus and Zee serials won't be coming here will they? If that was the case then I'm sure they would have taken over the whole of I-F!

Give KYM some time, the story has just got going so I'm sure it will climb up soon.

KTH did well for 3 reasons:

2. The show also had a large 13-17 and 18-45 age group fan following. Major fan base for Kayamath falls into the 18-45 age group...I think. The 13-17 age group was decimated by Neev being side-lined in the show.

3. Most important.....In those days you only had a choice between Sony, Zee and Star Plus Channels. Neither Sony nor Zee has any decent offering in the 11.00pm slot to hold the viewers. With new channels being launched every few months....this competetion is just going to get tougher.

Since the last year....new channels have been launched...some very successfully. Repeat transmission of Balika Vadhu is popular because viewers who didn't watch Balika Vadhu at 8.00pm........because they were watching the 8.00pm show of Raja Ki Baraat (Star Plus) or Banoo Mei Teri Dulhan (Zee).... .......would catch the 11.00pm Balika Vadhu repeat transmission. These viewers would normally have tuned into watch Kayamath to fill their 11.00pm viewing habit but are now watching Balika Vadhu.

why is this wen kayamath is way better than some of those shows that always high on trps .like maayka always have good trps but wen i watched they have repititoon of same old stories.and kayamath is way better dan that.i feel these ppl are cheating.and a thing is a late night show so many peple dont watch it in india cuz my cousins in india said they dont either cuz its late and they can wait.so i feel thats y they have low trps.i guess only we IF crew like it a lot and jus waiting of watching it all dda time.who can we blame??????????????
