Munee I think that's the reason he is giving those appearences to Prachi.He is showing her past life ,to make her realise how she could forget him when he is still there.He has some kind of play in his mind.Some sort of game.I think he misunderstands for Prachi being married to proteek and living happily.I think he will come as different person .Meantime Prachi will somehow find out about what happened to him after she left,may be she will be given wrong information of milind being dead after the accident.That's the reason they have changed into sharma's house from shah house.Milind is playing a guess.
