Why do we stay?

Hey Guys,

Just because I'm quite bored and also because I've been wondering for a long time, Why is it that we stay with this show despite the muck they have thrown at us, we're here, discussing day in and day out (well on the good days)? Is it really the show we cant seem to quit, or the forum.

I've personally spent a good deal of energy and time on the show and forum 😆 and I sure don't feel like quitting now. I sure don't wanna leave dissatisfied😆...and I also wanna see if the show can ever regain that spark...after the PA track, I had my doubts but it sorta happened😕😆, at least Michi got their groove back...can that happen again? We had more well rounded eppies, the other characters had parts to play, kayamath was enjoyable on the whole, I want that once more...why cant they still to a good thing!

There have been some amazing people on the forum, amazing post, amazing stories, amazing experiences; people who I've cried with and laughed with especially people that share a common interest something that may otherwise seem so trivial...if I ever did quit the show, I'd miss them the most😊...

Hey Rima, good to see you after so long. Welcome back.
I have stopped watching the show ever since Milind is off. But eagerly waiting for him to come back. I will probably keep watching the show for Shabbir if not for anything. I also have a lot of hopes that Michi will get back for good this time!!!

But then, yes this forum and some people in it are just awesome.
Thoughtful posts, amazing FFs and some cool friends have kept me still hooked to this forum. I feel creative posting here.

Rima, honestly speaking, if it weren't for this forum, I would've probably quit the show long time back... I suspect the same of the others... I mean imagine if you'd NOONE to share your love for MICHI and your grievances with this new track... Would you still be enthused about this show and willing to give it another chance??? Point is, letting go of this forum is too damn hard!!!! 😆

And the other reason of why I think we stay cause we just love our jodi too much to not give them another chance.... Plus, you know the idea is always intriguing, since the worst has already happened, now the show can only go upwards from here on, and thats exactly whats gonna happen!!!

Plus it isn't so bad, you know... not as bad as some of the situations of the other couples in other BT serials..... I personally think once Milind enters, the show is going to get back to its groove.... and become better than ever!!! Becoz now I wont just be looking forward to his interactions with Prachi, but also his interractions with Chottu, his son who is such a carbon copy of him!!!

So I still have hope!!! 😊

I think I've stayed back because there's that little tiny hope that everything will be right as rain again..when Shabbir comes back to Kayamath hopefully bringing back the previous essemble (whom I miss a lot) with him too and I-F is an outlet where we can share our views and our (dis)satisfaction with the show. I think it would be more easier to let go of the show, but leaving the forum and the friends here would much harder.

Sonia...I agree completely...thats why it's been so easy to move from show to show before...way before I joined the forum, though I've always been more or less a TV addict😆...I just cant seem to quit either the show or the forum...even if I'm not watching the show...If I dont see the pics, I feel strange...

I think the show will improve once Milind is re-introduced...I'm expecting some good performances, especially when Michi meet again...the questions, the tears, the happiness, the relief, the anger, the hurt, the love...it better all be there😆...and honestly, though I think it's difficult for many, I reckon I wanna see Michi together so much that I'd literally forgive them a thousand sins...

Shubs and Yas, I suspect that many are waiting for Shabbir to return as well.

Yas, I was disappointed to note that only Shabbir will be retained from the original cast? Is this correct? How on earth will they do away with the other characters, it's utterly ridiculous. I miss the whole ensemble too, I think they were also integral in making kayamath what it was, it's a damn shame...

I thought only Baba and Daadi are gonna die.. the rest should be back right? I guess at some point some of them (PL, Suk, Aalaap) will be back as Milind has promised to come back to Shah mansion with Prachi. So there should be someone in there for these guys to go back to.
But then, Ayesha is dead and Jay seems to have finally quit.

I thnk some of the old cast will come back maybe not all...but it'll take some time i guess. the story will be around Milind coming back into Prachi's life and the drama that will ensue in the Dasgupta family because of it...the Shahs and Mishras will probably only be shown once the Dasgupta track comes to a climax.
