Read my theory on this in Kit and Opti's thread...we were discussing this stuff yesterday. I believe the real Prachi is in a coma...and Panchi and Prateek are caring for her child as a favor...or mabye as a way to thank her becuase maybe Prahci had saved them or their child during the bomb blast...putting herself in danger...so maybe they feel its their duty to take care of her child.
