Big B is 'royal guard' for Ash
Even as Amitabh Bachchan is taking home rave reviews for his performance in Eklavya, he seems to have taken on the role of the 'royal guard' quite literally! Meet The Parents would be a suitable moniker for the premiere of Eklavya that was held at the Imax Adlabs on Thursday, as the Bachchans and in-laws-to-be, the Rais, hung out as a happy family would. Amitabh escorted Aishwarya throughout, while Jaya posed happily with Brinda. Mukesh and Nita Ambani, Vidya Balan, Sanjay Dutt, Sharmila Tagore were some of the illustrious guests of a very enthusiastic Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

Bummer Amitabh, who plays the royal guard in the film, only seemed to be guarding his reticent daughter-in-law to be. Too sweet for our taste buds.
cheers
