Now that Shah Rukh Khan has earned approving nods on his Kaun Banega Crorepati stint we say the highlight of the show has been his quick wit and endearing humour.

In yesterday's episode, school teacher Padmaja Limaey's exchange with SRK was memorable. She took the hot seat opposite him after acing the fastest finger first. Padmaja, confessing her love of animals, said she wanted to buy an elephant.

Not one to let such an opportunity slip up, SRK responded by asking if she will keep the elephant inside the house by booting her husband out, to peals of laughter from the audience. Padmaja also said she cited the example of his talent and energy to children in her class. Cho chweet, teacherji!

As she moved ahead in the game, Padmaja found herself in a tight spot and decided that she needed help. But instead of a lifeline, she asked SRK why his normally expressive eyes weren't giving her any clues when she needed them.

True to himself, Shah Rukh squinted, asking, "Is that better?"
That is called making eyes, SRK style.
