KBC doubles Star Plus market share New Delhi, Jan. 23 (PTI): Shahrukh Khan seems to have worked wonders for Star Plus, as the Bollywood Superstar's first show of Kaun Banega Crorepati has doubled the channels market share. The show opened with a market share of 24.36 per cent as compared to 12.4 per cent last Monday, according to figures provided by television rating company Audience Measurement and Analytics Ltd. The channel's TRP ratings jumped to 91.5 per cent with about 1.3 million people watching the show on its first day, it said.
The ratings kept on increasing after each break and the last sequence got the highest ratings.
