In the last 8 year and in the 2 year of cancer, Katha didn't need any man because Aarav was too small to understand the need of father. Also Aarav was neither ready nor attached to someone who he can call father. Just imagine Katha getting marry when Aarav was sick. Mental ailment is different from physical ailment. Here Aarav need mental support. Katha was not able to provide that. Aarav become too attached with Raghav. I think the arrangement is setup by Yuvraj (not Aarav). Aarav might like the idea (however I feel he should be more paranoid with new papa but this is ITV so don't expect too much logical).

@underlined-I don't think Aarav know about Yuvraj's suggestion to get married to Raghav...it was purely his demand .He felt connected and comforter in Raghav and wanted Katha to marry him.."aap humari choti si duniya jaldi se puri kar do na... "

I believe Raghav took the advantage of Katha situation. However it is not wrong as Viaan took the advantage of Katha's condition. (Before anyone bash me for bringing up that topic, here I am making similarity to only point out Katha's behavior or response).

I really won't comment on this matter...bcoz there is a huge difference in both these things...different aspects also.

Still it is very stupid decision from Katha's side, because Raghav was anyway treating Aarav inspite of Katha saying no and Aarav was very well back then. Katha didn't need to do extra step and that too when Viaan was coming out from prison.

Reet only told them about the money, it was Teji and Maya who did all the investigation and found the truth. They could have kept the secret to themselves once they found out and not tell Reet but they did. Even later when Reet wanted to back out after seeing what happened to Viaan, it was Maya who threatened her into telling everyone. That truth was bound to come out anyway. It was just a matter of time.

And no. No one is asking Viaan to leave Teji. Why should he? Why should anyone leave their families for their partners? Be it Katha, Viaan or anyone else. But I find it a bit hypocritical that this Only Family card can be played for Viaan but not Katha. Apparently she shouldn't do everything for her Only Family that is her son. If this motherhood card cannot be played by Katha, then it also cannot be played by Teji or Viaan. And this is not some katha stanning or Viaan stanning. Just because I don't find fault with Katha's every action or thought, it doesn't mean I'm against Viaan. And one cannot blame Katha for Reet and Yuvraj's actions, just like one cannot blame Viaan for Teji's.

Also, what is this 2 minutes brother, or 2 minutes family? Aren't Viaan and Vanya 2 minute siblings by that logic? He found out her truth and there wasn't even a moment of hesitation on his part in accepting her. No awkwardness, no unwillingness, no doubts. And look where they are now. One cannot even tell that she is his half-sister, one he didn't even know about for like 3 decades of his life. She is his biggest supporter, his biggest cheerleader, one who is always in his corner. Come to think of it he formed this so-called 2-minute bond with Aarav too, just after a couple of meetings. So, I don't see what length of time has to do with the strength of feelings or importance of a person.

It will be more appropriate if she put blame on entire Raghuvanshi family (not just Viaan).

Why only Raghuvanshi's.. wasn't Garewals responsible for the mess?? Garewals told her to die along with her son...Reet conspired and put the seed of doubt in Maya's screwed brain and on Maya's instigation she spilled everything to Garewals mixed with lies...didn't they deserved to be called out?? The thing is Katha still consider ONS as some kind of paap or unethical. It is very difficult for moralistic people to change their perspective to termed it as just a private matter. Though Katha sympathize with Viaan but not justifying his action at all. If you hear her word to papaG "Jo kuch bhi sahana tha, maine sah liya".

Moral aur ethics ki baat hi maat karo.Where does her morals and ethics go when she cheats a family ?? Where does her ethics or morals go when the person whom she loves so much...she doesn't go to meet him for once. Where does her ethics go when she hides about her past to the doctor who treats her child??Moreover this is the girl who shouted at Viaan saying that she has no guilt over the ONS and has no shame what ppl think of her.Now suddenly she finds the ONS revelation as paap!! Great!!

For her, she was trying to mediate but it makes situation worse.

Also she already made a decision to leave Viaan before the argument started due to fear of Aarav getting know and start hating Viaan. The best would be to start prepare Aarav and tell him "Do not believe anybody".

Yes, why not. Till now, she had been lying to Aarav and, I think it has done a good job. When he realises that the person he befriended used his mother like a slave, how is he going to forgive him? He will be in guilt to what extents his mother went just because of him. This was pointed my Maaya. He will surely get into depression. Nothing can be predicted what will happen but, it will be worse. Half truth has made him bratty. Full truth can make him go either way.

The reasons which is given that she can't stay with Viaan doesn't convince me...and if u think the reasons are strong enough ...then in that case she should have never reciprocated his love."Hum us kali raat ko peechey chodke bar gaye hai...aab daar daar ke nahi jeena"this was her words in the car during Dargah visit.. but alas!! She is still isn't scared...... if Aarav is out of this scene. But, he is a character and you need to consider it. Just to see KaViaan together, you just can't ignore him.

Aarav was the driving force..""aap humari choti si duniya jaldi se puri kar do na...aapka kya jaata hai"" these were his words to Katha.Agreed Raghav approached her...and it wasn't that he put her at gunpoint to accept the proposal.Viaan approached Katha...and again she wasn't at gunpoint to accept him in her life...

Maa maan gyi hai. Maasi Chali gyi. These were the words from Katha to Guni Maa a day before. So, engagement talks started a lot before. Aarav's tantrum only made the engagement date which was supposed to happen at some convenient time much later, it happened earlier. So, this foolish decision of marrying psychiatrist was purely hers. That day, she realized that going back to Viaan isn't an option for her now. It will completely ruin her family (By family, I mean Aarav). One voice tape was enough to drive him this level crazy even after so much healing and time.

Getting herself killed to get insurance ...well that wasn't a sensible decision, agreed as she did take some impulsive decision before also which I have stated in one of my previous posts, I think while replying to one of your post .By keeping senses intact I also meant that she never used any person for her or her child's benefit nor cheated anyone nor did she needed the crutches of a man to make her struggles easier.But now whatever she is doing to save Aarav ..she is using Raghav and his family and cheating them

She is still not cheating Raghav. She is trying to adjust with him and slowly forget Viaan. It takes time. One just not forgets their love just like that. This is how arrange marriages are. Couples don't love each other but work towards each other and eventually adjust with time.

She is doing one thing which can't be justified is hiding things from Raghav. If Viaan didn't arrive this quickly in the scene, she might have told Raghav full truth once she got comfotable with him. Even though, they are good friends, she isn't comfortable with him.

True, she is selective in term of moral and ethics. For her whatever she do unethical, she has a reason, whatever other do, is wrong.

Then the best would be she tell everyone, it is her who offer Viaan ONS when Viaan rejected giving money. Take all the blame on herself and the problem is solve.

They all are so disappointed with the abrupt decision. No one was expecting it and clearly they don't agree with it but can't even say it openly. Clearly it's all channel's games. These people have nothing but good things to say about the PH. Even during the diwali segments they only praised the PH and the arrangements they had done. They're good people and probably why they got easily bullied by the stupid Sony.
