Maybe he won't be in actual jail for all those months, but out on bail too like yuvraj. Just don't show him going to the police and surrendering himself. He is always driven by his sense of guilt and responsibility and that stupidity and naivety make him a bit cringey to watch at times.

He is going to be in actual jail, Katha devi ensuring it. Maybe Katha devi herself came with police to arrest him, there is a picture.

There's a picture??! Where?! And katha herself got him arrested?! What is this? Are they mad or something? They're acting like he came with the rifle himself to shoot people. And he and yuvraj were fighting over the gun so can they say that Viaan shot kailash. It's completely stupid.

Katha is with Police and Viaan in same outfit, i am not sure if she came with police or came after hearing about arrest or surrender. Surrender goes with Viaans personality so I am assuming he will confess his one mistake and accidental shoot.

And there is another picture with Kathas different outfit, and she is glowing in yellow suit. Seems like after leap release from jail picture.

It will be nonsensical if Katha get him arrested after witnessing all the overreaction. I assume Ehsan, Vanya all will be against Katha after this.
