Emotionally it would break the wife esp if she loved him too but practically if you have self respect just let him go..marriage is not the be all and end all in life and you cannot force someone to stay in your life if they don't want to no matter how much you love the other person.

I am fed up of hearing ''Viraj apne bete se bohot pyar karte the'' yes he loved his son as most parents are expected to do BUT he did not love his son more than himself. He put his own happiness, needs and desires above everyone else including his son he claims to have loved so much..

Secondly I didn't get the logic of him leaving his family like that.. so according to Viraj he left because he didn't want Viaan to be brought up in a family where his parents are fighting all the time.. him leaving like that, without explaining anything to his son, yelling at his wife, calling her a gold digger etc infront of their son, contradicts everything he said in defense of his action..

I hope somehow the writers spin this track later on and make the mother and daughter duo fraud/imposters.. 😆

Please don't do drama of sophistication and being unique show and then show this nonsense.Atleast the TRP driven shows show that they are trash and what they do is for the TRP.Don't try to be on a moral high ground when you do the same thing of whitewashing a man's actions by calling it "saccha pyaar" and "majboori" while villainizing a woman.You are no different than the others!

I completely agree with you on the EMA part.. infact I hate cheating even in relationships too...

But one thing worth noting is that although EMA started as viraj begun cheating on teji... But then he revealed that too and didn't just continue behind her back.. moreover he tried to get out of the marriage but teji didn't let him as she didn't wanted to lose the wealth... So, as per me... Viraj was wrong to start it and teji was correct that time but it was wrong of her too in not letting him out and furthermore defaming seema and getting her out of mumbai.

I think we also have to see the context of the times... Divorce is being normalized now... It still isn't... But atleast in the metros its not that big a deal... Tejis generation has been taught that marriage is for life.. Bas ghar bacha ke Rakhna hai

And i also think that " it's my life, I'll do what i want" philosophy makes people callous ... Like think about your child for a second... Bas usko gifts bhej diye toh your responsibility is done???... Think about how your wife is feeling.. Just telling her i don't love you is not enough.. Give her time..

Hypothetically speaking if Katha had met Viraj when he had just started seeing Seema.. would she have been ok with it like she is now? I think she would've tried to make Viraj understand and think about his son Viaan before taking any decision like she did with Yuvraj..

Secondly Yuvraj was a coward... He was cheating on his wife with another woman.. he was not planning on divorcing Reet or leaving his family...

Viraj on the other hand wanted to officially end it.. and he did what he could before walking out like that.. what is unpardonable is what he did to Viaan...not explaining him anything.. that was wrong.

From Katha's perspective, all she cares about is Viaan .. she knows that if he understands that Seema (and Vanya) were also as much victims in this whole scenario as he was, he would be able to give them what they want more readily.. i.e Seema's legitimacy in Viraj's life even if she was not his wife... She wasn't a prostitute either..

Of course this would also mean that his relationship with his mother would sour.. it could also mean that she would never get an acceptance from Teji, not an easy one at least.. Teji already kinda dislikes her... but she is risking all that just so Viaan knows the entire truth... What he decides to do with that, is up to him.. and we know she would be there with him to handle things in a better way ..not like he used to... make him understand his mom's perspective too .. I hope she does..

I don't think the way she presented the truth was unbiased... She is definitely team seema... The way she revealed,it all, the words she used she put indirectly put all the blame on teji by absolving everyone else

Like you said I hope she makes him understand how mom's perspective bec she is big on look at the issue from all angles... But i don't think we'll go that way... Seema wants recognition which means teji will get humiliated publicly again..

Like you said this is a build up to make teji to oppose viaan and her marriage... And right now i don't blame teji... I'm not liking katha much right now..

And also there is fair bit of inconsistency in viaans arc... When introduced it was shown he was super close and super protective about his mom.. But now days its like only katha makes sense to him... I can imagine viaan getting angry at his mom, but going and hugging seema??? What is viaan smoking?
