Just wondering

One thing I'm not able to understand about Reet that's kinda bothering. Why is she going against Viaan and Katha ending up together? Would it not be profitable for her considering she would become the sole DIL of garewal family the way she has always wanted? Hasn't she time and again mentioned that she would never find it comfortable to let katha in the house?

There is zero logic to Reet's character and her motivations....lol she's the token conniving sister in law character of the story and I can't bring myself to take her seriously. She's only in the story to keep being insecure/jealous of Katha and cause random problems in her life.....she wants to alienate her from the Grewal family in all ways I guess and poison all her relationships . So Katha and Viaan ending up together would not be good enough for Reet since she wants Katha to be unhappy and alone.

Yeah, makes sense this way
