I found it interesting that he keeps repeating jeetu bhai's words -- right or wrong depends on perspective, put yourself in katha's shoes. so that is what he does.

he tries to think from her angle and then is confused on why she needs the money and why that specific amount? why didn't she just take that offer from pyramid instead? he wonders why she does not seem to have made any material changes like many he sees around in his circle -- nouveau rich who are immediately splashing their wealth by upgrading their clothes and showing off their designer handbags, shoes and sunglasses. why isn't she behaving like one of those women? that is his frame of reference.

katha ofcourse is not giving him anything and wants him to stay away. but the more distance she tries to put, the more he is intrigued -- she is a mystery that is eating him up because she does not fit his preconceived boxes of women. that leaves him vulnerable because he is not sure how to approach her.

what does it matter to him? because he is interested in her and he is petrified on some level. is he like his father who will end up falling for a gold digger and ruining his life? he needs to know katha's mettle before he can decide how to proceed -- he is a softie at heart and he is afraid to let her in because she has the ability to not just break but crush his heart into the ground.

so we will see him throwing out that second one night stand yet again to see if money is what is driving her or if his instincts about her are right.

while it is messed up, the drama clearly makes us understand that falling in love isn't some magic portion that is going to heal all your hurts. if you have some some of trauma or baggage from your childhood or your past relationships and you haven't dealt with them in a healthy manner, you will bring those negative feelings and thoughts into every relationship you go forward. and that will destroy you as well as any person who crosses your path. so the takeaway from the drama -- heal yourself if you want a relationship.

Wow, so the 2nd ons is finally here huh! I did expect them to go ahead with it (since it was an important element of the original), but felt that the makers could have established a more stronger foundation for Viaan's character for the audience to not hate him as much.

I understand that the 2nd ons is important for the story since Viaan's frustration led him to make this offer, so that Katha will be finally forced to give answers. But I think that the makers should have adapted the story according to today's time. I watched a lot of the episodes from 1001 Nights and had many problems with Onur's character, since even though the FL asked him to leave her alone many times, he did not. This storyline might have been acceptable (or even romanticed) then when it came out, but women today have different standards for desirable male leads (we like respectable people like Ehsan!!). Having a grey character is good, but if he is going to end up to be a romantic lead, you better make him an ideal man for the FL! I really like Adnan and I think he is extremely talented and charming, so I really hope that the makers adapt him to today's time in a way that the audience would eventually love him.

In addition, I think it's REALLY important to also establish Katha's feelings for Viaan (that she might indeed have feelings for him); this is difficult now, considering the 2nd ons offer 😒 But I hope that the makers portray a strong redemption track for Katha and Viaan's love story. The chemistry between the actors is fantastic, but I want the maker to further take advantage of this.

On a lighter note yesterday episode when katha was going out viaan asked where r u going. Katha said restroom. If you want make sure with someone she said .
