exactly; they should make it clear that his condition is very rare and there are lots of complications and the type of surgery itself is very experimental or something along those lines. then this extremely high cost would make more sense.

And this surgery if proper matched donor then life expectancy can be extended for 2-5-15 years...all depends on case to case basis

That doctor had mentioned in the first or second episode I guess that Aarav's case is very complicated.. Exactly yaad nahi par aisa koi dialogue suna tha maine.. Baaki toh yeh ITV hai so this kind of writing is par for the course 🤷

don't mind ITV creative liberties but it would be nice if they have a piece of dialogue like "regular cancer treatment is not this high but aarav's case is unique" -- just that one dialogue as a kind of public information gesture type. otherwise, imagine the people at home thinking all cancer treatments are so high.
