I am talking about the legality of the marriage not the morality of the marriage. Ofcourse the wife has a right to move on. I am saying that if indeed the wife has moved on with another guy just like kasturi has, all she has to do is get a divorce from raunak to make roka marriage legal.

As far as i know, raka marriage is the valid one in the eyes of law though at an emotional level, roka marriage is more valid.
