When Robbie had the accident he was was in police custody. Then he went in coma. Is he supposed to be free after recovering?

i guess the the time he was in coma acted as time served for his sentence lols who knows, in ektas serials bloopers hi bloopers hai like everyone has forgotten about raunak people have forgotten the Robbie supposedly killed Raunak
