PART - 24

Girish drops off Kasturi and leaves. Kasturi is walking up to her room when JP stops her.
JP : Kasturi, kal Goel saab aa rahe hai, shaadi ki taarikh pakki karne. Ho sake toh shaam mei jaldi aa jaana.
Kasturi is shocked. She was hoping that when her dad had asked for time to think, he will finally decide against it. But he did not! Finally she will speak
Kasturi : Bauji...
JP : Haan
Kasturi : Bauji, agar mei aapke liye bhoj ban gayee hun, agar aapko lagtaa hai meri wajah se Tanu aur Navneet ki shaadi karaane mei mushkil hogi, toh mei isi waqt yeh ghar chodne ke liye tayyar hun. Mei apnaa jeevan jaise taise bitaa lungi. Phir aapke saamne kabhi nahi aaungi!! Aap, logon se keh deejiye ki aapki badi beti mar gayi!! Lekin please bauji, iss shaadi ke liye raazi mat hoiye. Mei kisi bhi sazaa ke liye tayyar hun, bas yeh shaadi nahi karnaa chahti.
She is crying. JP is pained but does not budge.
JP : Woh kal shaam cheh bajaa aayenge. Tab tak aa jaana.
And he leaves. Kasturi rushes up to her room, her eyes welling up with tears. She is about to open the door when she hears Tanu, Navneet and Kikoo doing a lot of masti inside. She feels she cannot deal with them now and quickly goes upstairs to the terrace. She checks around and sees no one and immediately calls Robbie.
R : Pahunch gayi, theek thaak?
K (crying) : Haan
R (breaks his car and with concern) : Ro kyun rahi ho? Kya hua?
K : Woh Mr.Goel aa rahe hai kal shaadi ki taarikh pakki karne!!!
R (angrily) : Goel ka baccha!!! usko toh mei dekh loonga!! Kasturi, don't worry. Koi Goel kal tumhaare ghar nahi aayega.
K : Lekin aap rokenge kaise usse?
R : Woh tum mujhpe chod doh. Bas ab aankhen poncho aur keh doh ki you are fine.
K (will wipe her tears) : I am fine now.
R : Good!!! Accha ab so jao aur mujhpe bharosa rakho. Mei kal tumhe lunch time mei milne aaungaa. Saath lunch karne jaayenge.
K : Theek hai. Good night!
R : Good night!
They disconnect and Kasturi goes to her room to turn in for the night. Robbie immediately calls his Security officer.
R : D'Souza...
D'Souza : Hello Sir! How are you? Kahiye, kaise phone kiyaa?
Robbie explains the Goel situation without mentioning Kasturi.
D'Souza : I see. Aapkaa plan kya hai?
R : Mei chahta hun ki tum apne kuch logon ko bhejkar uss buddhe ko iss tarah dhamkaao ke woh iss janam mei toh kya, agle janam mei bhi shaadi karne se darre!
D'Souza : Done! Aap befikr ho jaiye. Kal subah hi yeh kaam ho jaayegaa.
R : Lekin yaad rakho, aisa lagnaa chahiye ke ussne khud apni marzi se yeh shaadi nahi karni chaahi. Samajh gaye?
D' Souza : Ji, samajh gayaa Sir! Good Night.

Next day Kasturi goes to her new job. Her manager welcomes her, shows her around, introduces her to people and explains the work. The hours will pass very quickly and soon it will be lunch time. Kasturi will come downstairs and wait outside her office building for Robbie. Suddenly she will feel someone grab her hand. She will recognize the touch and will turn around with a smile. She will be shocked to see a Sardarji holding her hand. She will yank her hand back and say
K : Yeh kya battameezi hai??
R : Arre, apni biwi kaa haath pakadhna bhi battameezi hai kya?
And winks at her. Kasturi's eyes widen with disbelief.
K : AAP! OMG, meine toh aapko pehchana hi nahi.
R : Good! Phir toh koi aur bhi nahi pehchaanega.
They start walking
R : Poori raat mei sochta rahaa iss disguise ke baare mei. Will it work or not. Now I am relieved! Ab binaa kisi problem ke hum mil sakte hai!
They get to a restuarant, sit at a table and order their food.
R : Arre haan Kasturi, Goel ki baat ab bhool jaao. Ab woh kabhi tumhe tang nahi karegaa.
K : Kya kia aapne?
He explains everything and finally says
R : Ab uss insaan ke baare mei baat karke apnaa keemti waqt zaaya nahi karenge.
They talk for some more time and before long Kasturi has to get back to work. The day ends and Kasturi reaches home. When she gets into the house, she will hear JP shouting. JP, Dadaji, Beeji, Kaushalya, Alka, Kikku and Girish (he has come to pick up Kikku) are present in the room.
JP : Arre woh khudh aaye the phir se rishta ke liye? Hum thodi gaye the unke paas. Aur ab yeh kya faislaa kiyaa? Shaadi nahi karnaa chahte hai.
Glares at Alka
JP : Tumhi ne toh kahaa tha ke woh Kasturi se shaadi karnaa chahte hai.
Alka (fumbles) : Kahaa tha, lekin pataa nahi kya hua. Raaton raat dharmatmaa ban gaye! (makes a face) Ab kehte hai "Mei uss bachhi ki zindagi nahi barbaad karnaa chahta hun"!! Huh!!
Kasturi is relieved! So are Kaushalya and Beeji.
Alka continues : Lekin, bhai saab aap fikr mat keejiye! Mere paas ek aur rishta hai. Rishte mei woh mere door ke bhai saab lagte hai, haal hi mei unki biwi guzar gayi hai. Mei unse baat karti hun.
Kasturi is shocked! Its like her happiness was short-lived. Kaushalya and Beeji are looking at each other horrified! Girish is observing Kasturi. He immediately speaks up
Girish : Uncle!
Everyone looks at him
Girish : Uncle......woh...woh mei keh rahaa tha aap logon ko agar eitraaz na ho toh mei Kasturi se shaadi karnaa chahta hun.
Everyone is surprised and Kasturi cannot believe her ears. She is totally shocked and is staring at Girish. Girish is looking at her too.
JP : Yeh kya keh rahe ho?
Girish : Haan uncle. Abhi chachiji ki baatien sunkar mujhe bahut buraa lagaa. Aap aise kaise Kasturi ki zindagi barbaad kar sakte hai? Mei jaanta hun mei bharose ke laayak nahi rahaa. Lekin please iss ek baar meri baat ko samajhiye. Agar aap mujhe ijaazat denge toh yeh meri khush-kismati hogi!!
Eveybody starts talking. Kasturi is looking at Girish with anger.
Girish : Ek aur baat uncle. Agar aap raazi hai toh mei shaadi teen mahinon ke baad karnaa chahungaa. Meine abhi abhi apna kaam shuru kiyaa hai, abhi mujhe do-teen mahine chahiye settle hone ke liye. Mei kal phir aaungaa, aap iss baare mei sochkar mujhe bataa deejiye.And he leaves. Kasturi goes to her room fuming with anger. All the rest of them are sitting and discussing this new situation.
As soon as K reaches her room, she gets a call from Girish.
Kasturi : Aaj mujhe pataa chala tum kitne gire hue insaan ho! Tum kabhi sudhre hi nahi........
Girish : Wait Kasturi! Meri baat suno. Meine yeh tumhaari bhalaayee ke liye kiyaa....
Kasturi : MERI bhalaayee! Tumhe sharam nahi aati yeh kehte???
Girish : Meri baat toh suno. Aaj jo meine tumhaare ghar mei dekha toh mujhe yakeen ho gayaa ki, tumhaari zindagi barbaad karke hi tumhaari Alka chachi saans legi. Unhe rokne ka yeh ek hi tareeka hai. Meine socha agar mei tumse shaadi karne ki baat karta hun, toh shaayad tumhaare gharwaale raazi ho jaayenge aur Alka chachi ke laaye hue rishte ko tukhraa denge. Agar tumhaare bauji ko yakeen ho jaaye ke ladka mil gayaa toh woh tumhaare liye kisi aur ko talaash nahi karenge. He explains his plan in detail. Kasturi's anger cools down and she apologizes to him. They end the call but Kasturi still has her doubts and so she will immediately call Robbie and tell him the whole thing. Robbie will also feel that Girish's plan is a good one and he convinces Kasturi too. That night JP, Kaushalya, Beeji and Dadaji discuss and come to the conclusion that Girish's offer should be accepted. Alka chachi feels very upset and so will Pooja. Pooja will be very mad at her brother.
The next day when Girish comes, they accept his offer and decide to wait for 3 months before any further wedding plans are finalized.

R and K will meet for lunch everyday. One day as they are walking back from lunch, 3 great looking girls in modern outfits will pass them. As soon as they pass them, Robbie will whistle under his breath and look at them admiringly. Kasturi will stop in her tracks and look at him angrily
K : Kya kar rahe the aap?
R : Arre kuch nahi Kasturi, Sorry! Nayi nayi shaadi hui hai na, issliye kabhi kabhi bhool jaat hun ki shaadi-shuda hun.
And winks at her with a mischeivous smile.
K : Accha, abhi yaad dilaa deti hun mei aapko.
And hits him.
R : Stop Kasturi, kya kar rahi ho? Log dekh rahe hai. Sach kaho, issme meri galti kya hai? Tumne bhi un ladkiyon ko dekha naa, kitni sexy lag rahi thi. Aur unke outfits, WOW!
Kasturi is mad at him. And hits him more furiously.
Robbie bundles up laughing, stops her from hitting and apologizes and makes up with her.A week will pass in such wonderful newly married banter. Only meeting for lunch will not satisfy either. But something or the other will come up and they cannot meet in the evenings. Robbie will be very frustrated at this. Finally the weekend will arrive. In another week it will be Kasturi's birthday and Robbie will plan to buy something very nice for her. So they will decide to meet at a mall on Sunday.

On Sunday Robbie will reach the shop they plan to go, a little early. He will go in. There will not be many customers, just a couple and a girl in a skirt. Robbie will look admiringly at the girl from behind and think
R : Wow, nice figure.
He will notice Kasturi is not there and so he will go out and call her.
R : Kasturi, kahaan ho?
K : Bas pahunch rahi hun. Paanch minute mei aa jaaungi.
Robbie will wait outside. It is 10 minutes and she still has'nt come. He decides to go inside and check out the dresses. He goes and checks out some of the skirts, jeans, tops etc. All the hit songs from latest movies will be playing in the store in a subdued way. Robbie will be enjoying the music while looking at the outfits. He will say to himself.
R : Kitni sundar dresses hai. Lekin what's the use? Woh pehne tab naa! Waise mei iss section mei kya kar rahaa hun, mujhe toh Salwar-kameez aur saadiyon ke section mei honaa chahiye!
He hears a voice say
"Aapne kabhi unse poocha pehenane ke liye"
R (surprised) : Excuse me!
It will be the girl in that skirt who spoke and she will turn and face Robbie. Robbie's jaw drops and he is dumbfounded!!!!!!!
R : KASTURI!
Kasturi will be standing in front of him. She will be wearing a slightly short khakhi green skirt and a cream color 3/4 hands, collared shirt. The shirt will be a little tight allowing all the curves to be displayed and she will have it loosely tucked inside her skirt. The top 2 buttons will be open. Her hair will be open and she will have high-heeled pumps on. She will look very sexy and amazingly pretty. Robbie looks at her from top to bottom and no words come out of his mouth. Kasturi loves the effect she is having on him! She slowly , delibrately walks to him and snaps her fingers in front of his face.
K : Hello, kahaan kho gaye??
Robbie comes back to senses and grabs her
R : OH MY GOD!!!! OMG Kasturi, OMG tum... yeh tum kya.... OMG Kasturi you look amazing!!! Mujhe yakeen nahi ho rahaa!! OMG, yeh tumhi ho!!
K : Haan, mei hi hun.
R : OMG!!! Lekin yeh kapde kahaan se aaye?
K : Tanu ke hai. Meine usse borrow kiyaa.
R : Kasturi, aaj yakeen ho gayaa ke tum, you can carry off any clothes!! Kya batau tumhe, tum kaise lag rahi ho!!!!!!
K : Accha ab bas. Shopping finish karle?
R : Ek minute!
He makes her stand, grabs his cell phone and clicks a picture of hers.
R : Ab se yeh picture meraa screen saver hoga!!!
They will start checking out the clothes. Robbie cannot take his eyes off her and neither can he keep his hands off her! For the 10th time Kasturi will push his hand down and say
K : Kya kar rahe hai? Kya hua aapko?
Robbie pulls her very close and whispers
R : Kya kahu baby, you are really turning me on!!! Aise dress-up hokar aati ho aur poochti ho, kya hua mujhe!
K : Chup! Itni public place mei..
R : Place toh public hai, lekin koi public dikh rahi hai kya tumhe??
K : Public nahi hui toh kya, aise shops mei hidden cameras rakhte hai choron ko pakadne ke liye. Kahin kisi camera...
K shakes her head and distances herself from him a little. They go to the sarees section and buy a beautiful saree. Kasturi looks at Robbie and says
K : Sach kahiye, aapko meraa saadi pehnanaa pasand nahi hai? Kya aap mujhe hamesha modern outfits mei dekhna chahte hai?
R : Nahi Kasturi. I want you to wear whatever you are confortable in. Mei yeh kabhi dictate nahi karunga ki tumhe kya pehnanaa chahiye. Tum kisi bhi dress mei mujhe sundar lagti ho.
K smiles. Then she will pick up a salwar kameez and will go to the trial room to try it. She has just removed her shirt when Robbie taps on the door. Kasturi opens it slightly.
R : Kasturi, yeh ek aur dress hai jo mujhe bahut acchi lagi. Isse bhi try karo.
Kasturi reaches for it when Robbie suddenly pushes open the door, slides in, closes the door and locks it in one smooth move!!!! Kasturi is shocked. She quicky grabs the shirt and covers herself.
K : Kya kar rahe hai, aap?
The following song will start playing in the shop, when Robbie slowly walks towards her.
(Guys, I have chosen "Jaane do na" from the movie 'Cheeni Kum'. It is an amazing song. I was totally fida on it when I heard it the first time. If any of you have not heard the song, then I suggest that you do hear it. Hope you like it!)

He does not let her finish her sentence. He has taken her face in both his hands and has covered her mouth with his and has started to kiss her. At first Kasturi is trying to push him away but slowly succumbs and responds back. They kiss hard, no time to even breathe. Suddenly Kasturi comes to her senses and pushes him and goes to the opposite wall and hides herself against the wall.

aisi kyun hai, kyun hai aisi jaldi ruko zara thehro thehro abhi, karo thoda yakin
aisi betaabiyan achchhi hoti nahi roko zara jazbaat ko, samjha karo haalat ko
aayegi aayegi milne ki bhi ghadi (jaane do na)

Robbie slowly walks up to her from behind and bends down and first kisses her waist on the side. Kasturi winces and shuts her eyes tightly as if trying to keep the wonderful sensation at bay. Then he will slowly start kissing her back and will reach her neck. Kasturi cannot take it anymore and turns around and hugs him.
K (whispers) : Please.... jaane dee jiye mujhe.
R : uh-hun.
K : Please chodiye......
They again start kissing. Their breathing gets heavy and in that small room it seems very loud. Robbie reaches behind with an intention to unhook her...(you know what). Kasturi again comes to her senses and moves away from him to the opposite wall and stands their looking at him. Robbie again slowly walks to her, takes her into his arms and looks into her eyes. Kasturi looks up into his eyes.
K : Mujhe jaane deejiye....

ho na ho na itne bhi to ho na besabar is haal mein darata hai dil,
ek sharm si ismein shaamil chhedo na yuun ehsaaas ko, do na hawa is pyaas ko
aaayegi aayegi milne ki bhi ghadi

In answer, he pushes her against the wall and presses himself against her and starts nuzzling the side of her neck. Kasturi gets weak in the knees and the shirt she has been holding against herself slips down and she completely gives up, digging her hands into his back. They are reaching a real high and just when Robbie is about to unhook, someone comes into the adjacent booth whistling loudly. The adjacent room will be the men's trial room. And it will be right next to this one. And the roof is common and top part of the booths will be open (I hope you guys are getting what I am trying to say. Any sound in one booth is clearly audible in the next one).

RK stop breathing. It seems like they will be heard next doors even if they breathe. They wait for what seems like an eternity but still the man on the other side is trying clothes on. Finally Kasturi comes back to her senses, quickly pushes him away. Robbie grabs her again but Kasturi folds her hands and makes a facial expression of begging to let her go. He expresses his frustration by screaming but his voice muted and makes a kicking action at the guy next door. Then he slowly kisses her softly and hugs her. They hold each other for a while and then he slowly opens the door, checks around and goes out. Kasturi quickly wears her shirt, grabs the dresses and comes out. She does not try the dresses on as she is too flustered. Robbie quickly pays for the saree and they go out. They link arm in arm and roam around a little more, eat lunch and basically spend time together. Their eyes and hands don't leave each other. Both will get very comfortable with each other. They will talk on different topics, share their childhood memories and Robbie will get nostalgic about Shivani. Kasturi will comfort him and he will be grateful for that. Its like they are falling even more in love!!! Time flies and before long it is time for Kasturi to go home. She will quickly go to the ladies room and change into a salwar. Robbie will drive her home. They will be very quiet driving back. Robbie stops the car a little away from her house. He turns towards Kasturi. Her eyes are downcast and her head is down. Both of them can feel the pain of separation.
R : Kasturi...
Suddenly Kasturi lunges towards him and R grabs her and they hug like crazy. Kasturi is crying and Robbie is trying hard not to. He is trying hard to calm her down. But it gets very difficult for him too. Finally Kasturi calms down. They do not want to let go of each other but have no option.
R : Agle Sunday tumhaari birthday hai. Uss din meine badiya program banaaya hai. Aur uss din tumhaari ek nahi chalegi. Ab mei aur intezar nahi kar sakta.
Kasturi blushes and nods her head. Then she gets out of the car and slowly walks home. And Robbie drives away with a heavy heart.

Its really beautiful yaaar and u have written everything so beautifully, Never Once i felt tat the romance is going off the limits. Everything was perfect and i luv ur new ideas of using the fitting room for RK romance 😉 😳 😳

And my Fave scenes will undoubtedly be the entire shop scene and also the last convo of RK.... It was realllyyy so touching and i cud feel the pain of their separation....

I can really video and picture all the dialogues tat u write for RK. Tats how nicely u write it yaaar.
