Recap: RK spends some cute moments while shopping…. Here at Chawla house everyone is happy for Kasturi except Alka and Pooja…. They get ready to go for RK's reception party…. Robbie gives Kasturi their wedding gift… Kasturi comes to the party looking stunning… Robbie is completely lost in her… Kasturi thanx Robbie and apologizes for not giving him a any gift…. Robbie and Raunak's childhood friend Anjali enters the party and Kasturi feels jealous seeing Robbie and Anjali together… Chawla family enters the party and Robbie welcomes them…. Alaana and Nikhil reaches the home and informs Nandini of Devika's arrival… Nandini informs Purushottam and he decides to make the announcement… Meanwhile Devika reaches the party and is lost about wats happening….. She gets surprised seeing Kasturi there and is about to ask her about wats happening when Puru makes the announcement… Robbie stops him mid way and introduces everyone to his newly wedded wife…. Devika is shocked while the guests congratulate the couple!!!
Part 7:
Devika is lost of words… Everything seems to be a big joke to her…. She thinks its kind of a nightmare or something but then she's brought back to reality when Alaana nudges her a bit…
Alaana: Mumma…(shaking her) Mumma…. Wats happening?? Ye kya ho raha hai??
Devika is as lost as Alaana…. She herself don't know wats happening….. On the other side press has surrounded RK….
Reporter1: (to Robbie) Sir aapne yun achchanak shaadi kyun kar li??
Robbie: Main aur Kasturi ek dusre se pyar karte hain… We didn't want to make it a big affair so….
(Kasturi looks at Robbie and Robbie looks back at her telling her thru his eyes to just relax…. Obviously he can't tell the press how he married Kasturi under what circumstances…. So Robbie and Raunak had already worked out how will they manage the press…. On the other hands Devika is out of her wits at Robbie's answer…. )
Reporter2: Lekin sir kya ye baat sach nahi hai ki yeh aapki assistant reh chuki hain….
Robbie: (feels offended at the tone of the reporter…. Kasturi looks down) Haan toh…. Kya main inse pyar nahin kar sakta?? Aur ab yeh meri patni hai. (throwing his arms protectively around Kasturi… JP and Kaushalya are very happy with Robbie…. They are assured that Robbie is a right guy for their daughter…. On the other hand Devika is burning…. The reporter keeps on asking questions to RK which Robbie answers patiently….. When all the reporters depart Robbie looks at Kasturi assuringly… he's very happy at looking Devika… He takes Kasturi towards her….
Robbie: (smilingly) Mom…
Devika raises her hand as if telling him to stop…. Robbie and Kasturi look at each other tensed…. Devika walks off from there to her room…. Robbie is about to go behind her when Puru comes there and stops him….\
Puru: Ruko beta… Yahan sab log hain…. Tum agar is tarah chale jaoge toh log baate banayege….
Robbie: Lekin dad… Mom??
Puru: (placing a hand on Robbie's shoulder) Main dekhta hoon…. (he is about to walk off when he sees kasturi's tensed face) Kasturi beta…(Kasturi looks up) Ghabrao mat kuch nahin hoga….
Kasturi nods her head and Puru walks off…. JP comes towards Robbie….
JP: Kya baat hai beta?? Sab theek toh hain na??
Robbie: Sab theek hain Bauji…. Woh mom abhi aayi hain na isiliye fresh hone gayi hain…
JP: Theek hain…. Beta waise bhi bohut der ho chuki hai…. Ab hum nikalte hain….
Robbie: Arre Bauji…. Kuch der aur rukiye na…
Ajay: (comes from behind) Nahin Robbie hum phir aayenge… aur phir kal Tanu aur Navneet ka college bhi hai….
Robbie: theek hai… jaisa aapko theek lage… They go towards where the entire family was standing….. RK bend down and take blessings of everyone…. Kaushalya is the last to leave…..
Kaushalya: Robbie beta hum Devika ji se bhi milna chahte the lekin…
Robbie: Ma toh aayi na…
Kaushalya: Nahin beta ye waqt shayad theek nahin hai…. Woh abhi thak kar aayi hain…. Unhe aaram ki bhi zaroorat hai… Hum phir kabhi aayenge…
Robbie: theek hain ma…
Ajay comes from behind to call Kaushalya…. When he sees Kaushalya talking to Robbie…. He walks over to them….
Ajay: Taiji chale sab bahar hain…..
Kaushalya: haan puttar…
Ajay: Guddi apna dhyan rakhna….. aur kabhi bhi zaroorat ho toh hume phone kar dena….
Kasturi: Ji bhayu…(saying this she hugs him…. She's weeping)
Ajay: Arre Guddi…. Hum koi durr thode hi hain….
Kaushalya: (placing a hand on her head) Nahin puttar…. Aise jee nahin chotta karte…
Ajay: Guddi dekh bas kar…. (Gets teary eyed and separate her from himself) dekh Guddi…. Tera Bhayu hamesha tere saath hai…. Aur tujhe pata hain na hum tere aankhon main aanso nahin dekh sakte…. (Robbie is watching all this…. He understands that its tough for Kasturi…. Ajay then looks at Robbie) Robbie humare pass apni Guddi ko dene ke liye pyar ke alawa aur kuch nahin hai …. Meri Guddi bohut massom hai…. Khud se pehle dusron ke bare main sochti hain… iska khayal rakhna…. (saying this he places Kasturi's hand on Robbie's… and both Kaushalya and Ajay leaves…. Kasturi can't see them going and so she turns around and hugs Robbie still weeping….)
Robbie: Bas karo Kasturi…. Main hoon na tumhare saath….. sab theek ho jayega….
(Kasturi looks at Robbie who is intently staring down at her…. It was not only the pain of leaving her house and separating from her parents but also a fear…. Fear that rose in her heart after watching Devika…. Her eyes said a lot and Kasturi feared the worst but she didn't say it to Robbie…. How could she?? How much did she know him??)
Robbie: Tum mujhe gift dena chahti thi na??
Kasturi: (confused… amidst her tears) Haan
Robbie: Toh theek hai ek choti si smile…. (Robbie wipes her tears and Kasturi manages a smile…) Yeh meri zindagi ka sabse keemti tohfa hai!!!
In the room… Devika and Puru….
Devika is seething and Puru is trying to convince her…
Puru: Devika band karo yeh sab… aur neeche chalo….
Devika: Aapne yeh theek nahin kiya purushottam…. Mere yahan na hone ka achcha fayda uthaya aapne…. Robbie ki shaadi karwa di woh bhi us do take ki ladki ke saath….
Puru: Devika mind ur language…. Kasturi ab is ghar ki bahu hai….. Aur yeh faisla Robbie ka hai….
Devika: Bahu my foot!!! Aise Robbie kisi ki saath bhi shaadi kar lega toh kya woh is ghar ki bahu ho jayegi? Main nahi maanti Kasturi ko is ghar ki bahu…..
Puru: Tumhare maane ya na maane se yeh sach badal nahin jayega…. Arre jakar dekho apne bete Robbie ko…. Aaj tak kabhi itna khush dekha tha kabhi usse….
Devika: Oh stop it Purushottam…. Har baat ki hadh hoti hai… mere bete ki khushi kismet hain ye main achchi tarah se jaanti hoon….
On the other hand…. Most of the guest have already left…. Now its just the family members and Anjali…..
RK are standing together as people are coming to meet them before leaving…. when Anjali comes to Robbie….
Anjali: Main bhi ja rahi hoon…
Robbie: Arre tum kahan ja rahi ho??
Anjali: Hotel ja rahi hoon…. And why should you bother??
Robbie: Kyun kya hua?? Tum aise baat kyun kar rahi ho??
Anjali: (get angry and starts hitting him on his arm) Aise baat kyun kar rahi hoon….. You idiot… you duffer…. You got married…. Aur tumne mujhe nahin bataya…. Mujhe….
Robbie: (trying to save himself) arre yaar meri baat toh suno…. Kuch bolne toh do… tab bataunga na….
Anjali: Mujhe kuch nahin sunna… main ja rahi hoon….
(Kasturi is feeling uncomfortable at the familiarity with which they are talking to each other…. She herself don't know why….
Kasturi: (to herself) kitni parwa hain inko Anjali ki… Agar itni hi parwa thi toh mujhse shaadi kyun ki issi se kar li hoti….. (On the other hand she can't help but is constantly thinking about Devika…. So she decides to check on her…. She looks at her at Robbie and Anjali and sees Robbie still trying to explain her…. So she herself moves towards the stairs slowly…. She goes towards Devika's room… but as soon as she hears some noises she stops in the doorway)
Puru: Devika samajh ne ki koshish karo… Robbie ne apni marzi se yeh shaadi ki hai…
Devika: Samajh ne ki zaroorat mujhe nahin aap ko hai… Aapne yeh soch bhi kaise liya…. (Her eyes fell on Kasturi who's standing on the door with tears in her eyes…. She walks over to her…) Fantastic…. Kya drama kiya hai tumne… main tumhe kya samajhti thi aur tum kya nikli…. Tum jaise middle class log yehi sapne dekhte hain na ki koi raeeszyada tumhare jaal main phas jaye…. Arre Robbie toh hai hi bewakoof…. Tumne uski issi bewakoofi ka fayda uthaya…. (Tears are rolling down on Kasturi's cheeks….)
Puru: Devika stop it…. Kya bole ja rahi ho?
Devika: bilkul theek bol rahi hoon main…. Isse kya lagta hai ki yeh ab saari zindagi Mrs. Robbie Sabarwal ka tag lagakar aaram se rahegi…. Galti isski nahin hai…. Yeh chotte log kote hi aise hain….
Kasturi: Please Mom…. Tsssshhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
Devika: (slaps Kasturi) don't you dare call me mom….Tum apni haisiyat jaanti ho….
Kasturi can't take it anymore and runs outside the room…..
Downstairs when Anjali was angry at Robbie Raunak comes to his rescue and explains everything to Anjali….
Robbie: Ab batao main tumhe inform kab karta?? Main toh khud Calcutta ja raha tha…. (Meanwhile he sees Kasturi comes out running from Devika's room and goes to their room…. Robbie gets tensed…. He excuses himself immediately and leaves to cheack on Kasturi….. Puru also comes out… and Robbie and Puru almost run into each other….) Dad yeh kasturi ko kya hua??
Puru: Beta sab batata hoon…. (he tells her everything and Robbie expression changes from sad to shock to anger)
Robbie: Mom ne Kasturi par haath uthaya?? Mom aisa kaise kar sakti hain?? Main abhi jaakar unse baat karta hoon….
Puru: Nahin beta…. Is waqt tumhara Kasturi ke saath rehna zyada zaroori hai.... Jao apne kamare main….
Robbie: Aap theek keh rahe hain dad…. Main jaakar Kasturi ko sambhalta hoon…. (Rushes to his room…. Raunak and Anjali has seen everything…. They are also very tensed…. Nandini comes to them….)
Nandini: Raunak beta tum dono jao aur jaakar Anjali ka saaman le aao…. Bohut der ho rahi hai….
Raunak: Ji ma…. Chalo Anjali…
(they both leave…. Nandini goes over to Puru…)
Nandini: (worriedly) bahisahab ab kya hoga…
Puru: Aap fikar mat kijiye bhabhiji…. Waise bhi maine RK ke Mauritius jaane ke saare bandobast kar diye hain…. Yahan rahenge to Devika unhe kabhi ek dusre ke kareeb nahin aane degi….
Nandini: Aap theek keh rahe hain bahisahab…. Main kasturi ko dekh kar aati hoon…
Puru: nahin Bhabhi…. Unhe akela rehne dijiye…. (Nandini nods and leaves)
RK room….
(Kasturi is sitting on the bed….she is hugging one of the pillows and is crying…. Robbie enters the room and is equally hurt seeing her like this….)
Robbie: (goes and sits near her on the bed) kasturi plz…. Plz main jaanta hoon jo mom ne kiya…. woh theek nahin tha…. Lekin tum plz rona band karo… main tumhe rote hue nahin dekh sakta…. Plz Kasturi…
(Kasturi is still crying…. Just now when she had started seeing a new hope Devika's behaviour has given her fresh wounds all together…)
Robbie: Kasturi please…. (places his hand on her cheek) dekho meri taraf… Dekho….
Kasturi slowly lifts her eyes to see Robbie…. Robbie wipes out the tears on her cheeks… and shakes his head saying no… he then takes her face in his hands….
Robbie: I'm sorry kasturi…
Kasturi: Sorry aapko nahin mujhe kehna chahiye…. Yeh sab meri wajah se ho raha hai…
Robbie: nahin Kasturi is main tumhari koi galati nahin hai…. Mom ko tum par haath nahin uthana chahiye tha…
Kasturi: (still crying) Galati meri hai sir… meri kismat hi aisi hai…. Lekin sir main kya karti… Maine yeh sab kuch jaan bujhkar toh nahin kiya tha na….
Robbie: Kasturi meri aankhon main dekho…. (Kasturi looks in his eyes) mujhpar bharosa hai… (Kasturi makes a cute face and lowers her eyes…. Now its turn for Robbie to make a cute puppy face) nahi hai?? Koi baat nahi ho jayega…. Don't worry….
Kasturi: (calms down) Devika Ma'am…
Robbie: Ma'am nahin Mom…. Unke na chahne se kya humara rishta khatam ho jayega??
Nahin na… woh is waqt thodi gusse main hai… tum dekhna ek baar unka gussa thanda ho gaya na toh sab theek ho jayega….
Kasturi: hmm….
Robbie: Main abhi aata hoon…. (walks out of the room but returns after a while with a tray carrying food for her and places it in front of her…. She looks at him….) Mujhe pata hain tumne khana nahin khaya…. (takes a morsel of food from the plate and is about to feed her…. )
Kasturi: Mujhe bhook nahin hai….
Robbie: Koi baat nahin phir bhi thoda kha lo…. Khane par kaisa gussa??
Kasturi: Khana toh aapne bhi nahin khaya?? (takes a morsel from the plate and raises her hand but Robbie first feeds her and then eats it…. Both of them give each other a faint smile…. A tear drops from Kasturi's eyes…. Robbie looks at her and wipes that tear and shakes his head to say no…. After some time they finish the food and Robbie calls Nandu and he takes the plates and goes from there)
Robbie: Ab tum jao jaakar change karlo aur so jao… bohut der ho chuki hai… (he gets up but Kasturi holds his hand and makes him to sit back) Kya baat hai??
Kasturi: (innocently) sab theek toh ho jayega na??
Robbie: (smiles at her and sits back) haan…. Sab theek ho jayega….. tum change karlo??
Kasturi: Hmm… (She gets up and goes to the washroom… Robbie also gets up after a while and goes out of the room…
Devika and Puru's room:
Puru: Devika…. Kum se kum is baat ko lihaaz karo ki Kasturi humari bahu hai…..
Devika: Nahin maanti main is baat ko….
Robbie: (enters the room with full attitude) Lekin yehi sach hain mom!! Maine Kasturi se shaadi ki hai…
Devika: What nonsense Robbie?? Tum isse shaadi kehte ho?? Shaadi do barabar walon ke beech hoti hai….. Tumne Sabarbal khandan ki izzat ka zaara sa bhi lihaaz nahin kiya….
Robbie: Shaadi do insaano ki hoti hai mom… do khandano ki nahin…. Maine apni marzi se Kasturi ke saath shaadi ki….
Devika: Oh come on Robbie… Shaadi nahin ehsaan kiya hai tumne us ladki par….. Ehsaan…. Hum garibo ko daan dete hain…. Unhe uthakar ghar nahin le aate….
Robbie: (angry) enough mom….. main aapki bohut izzat karta hoon lekin pata nahin kyun aaj aisa lag raha hai ki main shayad aapko jaanta hi nahin….. Maine Kasturi par koi ehsaan nahin kiya… balki ehsaan toh meri kismat ne mujh par kiya hai ki aaj Kasturi mere saath hai…. Maine toh socha tha ki aap mera saath dengi…. Meri khushi main khush hongi….. lekin aap to….. kya galti thi Kasturi ki yehi ki usne aapko Mom kaha….. Kya galat kaha usne….. Agar aapko kissi par gussa nikalna hi hai toh mujh par nikaliye…. Kyunki yeh faisla maine kiya tha…. Kasturi ne nahin…. Is ghar par ab uska bhi utna hi adhikar hai jitna ki mera….. Maine Kasturi se is liye shaadi nahin ki ki koi bhi uspar haath uthaye….. uski bezati kare….. balki issi liye ki kyunki main usse har dard se bachchana chahta hoon….. uski ek choti si kharoch bhi mujh se bardasht nahin hoti…. Kya kaha tha aapne ki Kasturi garib hain…. Maana ki Maa aur Bauji ke pass paise nahin hain…. Lekin ek baat aaj aap bhi sun lijiye….. Agar aaj Kasturi ke shaadi kisi aur se ho gayi hoti toh aapke bete se bada garib is duniya main aur koi nahin hota…. (Devika is shocked at Robbie's words….) Pyar…. Pyar karta hoon main Kasturi se….. (Devika is startled at this….. She just can't move…. She didn't expect this at all….. from where was this coming…)
Devika: Pyar….(laughs loudly) tum Kasturi se pyar karte ho? You have got to be kidding!!!!
Robbie: Aap ko jitna hasna hai kas lijiye mom lekin Robbie ki zindagi ka sabse bada sach yehi hai….
(Robbie walks out of the room shutting the door behind him…. Devika is watching him go and Puru says nothing)
Raunak and Anjali:
(Raunak and Anjali are standing outside the hotel…. Raunak is keeping her luggage in the car…. Whileone of the hotel boy gets a suitcase…..)
Raunak: Tumhara sara samaan aa gaya hain na….
Anjali: haan…
Raunak: Ghar chale??
Anjali: yup!!!
(They both are in the car….. Raunak is quiet as his thoughts are running back to RK…. Anjali sees the tension on Raunak's face…)
Anjali: (looking at Raunak) Devika aunty ke baare main soch rahe ho na??
Raunak: (looks back at her) Haan…. Mujhe Kasturi ki bohut fikar ho rahi hai…..
Anjali: (places her hand on Raunak's hand…. Raunak looks at her hand and then at her) sab theek ho jayega…. Waise bhi Robbie Kasturi se itna pyar karta hain…. Woh kabhi usse kissi musibat main nahin padne dega…..
Raunak: Hmm…. Robbie Kasturi se bohut pyar karta hain….
Anjali: (trying to change the mood) but I'm pretty surprised….. Robbie aur pyar??
Raunak: (laughs) haan tum sahi keh rahi ho but woh kehte hain na you never know when cupid strikes….
(both of them laugh at this….)
Anjali: Kasturi bohut sweet hai…..
Raunak: Haan woh toh hai…. Akhir Robbie ki pasand hai….
Anjali: (sternly smiles and shakes her head) dekha issi liye main tumhe Ronnie kehna pasand kati hoon…. Zara kuch kaha nahin ki tum Robbie ki waqalat karna shuru kar dete ho….
Raunak: Anjali!!!
Anjali: (making a face) Haan pata hai mera naam Anjali hai… (under her breadth….) Robbie bilkul sahi kehta hai yeh hai hi duffer!!!
Raunak: Kya… wat did u say??
Anjali: Kaan baj rahe hain tumhare…. Get yourself a check up done soon…..
Raunak: Anjali tum nahin sudhrogi!!!
Robbie goes to his room and sees Kasturi sitting on the bed lost in her thoughts….. He looks at her intently….. Kasturi feels his gaze on herself and looks up….. Both of them are looking into each other's eyes…. Kasturi can't take it anymore so she lowers her gaze…….Robbie walks over to her and just looks at her…. He sits beside her and moves closer to her…. Kasturi looks at him and feels a little nervous…. But he just adjusts the pillow for her to sleep on and then gets up and makes Kasturi lie down…..
Robbie: So jao Kasturi…. Bohut jyada sochne ki zaroorat nahin hai….. tum thak gayi hogi….. tumhe aaram ki zaroorat hai…. (lightly pats he head and covers her with the quilt and switches off the bedside lamp….. Kasturi just closes her eyes…. Robbie moves from there and goes towards the sofa and lies down….. He just places a hand over his eyes…. Kasturi opens her eyes and looks at him…. And then falls asleep….)
Raunak and Anjali reaches home…. Nandini comes to them…..
Nandini: (to Anjali) Beta maine tumhare ehne ka bandobast upar wale kamre main karwa diya hai…..
Anjali: Thanx Aunty….
(Nandu comes and takes Anjali's luggage to her room….)
Nandini: Ab tum bhi ja kar so jao beta….
Anjali: Ji…. Good night Aunty…. Good Night Raunak
Nandini and Raunak: Good night….
(Anjali leaves)
Raunak: Mumma RK theek toh hain na??
Nandini: Haan beta…. Woh dono apne kamre main aaram kar rahe hain…. Achcha hi hai ki woh dono kal ja rahe hain…. Beta ab tum bhi jao….
Raunak: Ji… (he leaves and after a moment Nandini also leaves)
It's the next morning…..
Birds are chirping and sunlight I pouring in RK's room…. Robbie gets up and looks around…. He sees unlike the other day Kasturi is sleeping yet…..
He gets up from the sofa and goes towards her…. He looks at her and smiles as she is looking like an innocent kid…. She was smiling in her sleep but Robbie knew that there was sadness in that smile too…. He just keeps on looking at her and after a moment picks up his clothes and goes towards the washroom…. He freshens up and come out in his sleeveless Ts and track pants and sees that Kasturi is still sleeping so he silently not wanting to disturb her moves out of the room and closes the door behind….. He goes straight towards his gym that is downstairs inside the house itself…. Raunak is there too….
Raunak: Good Morning Robbie…
Robbie: Hey buddy…. Good morning…..
(Robbie goes and starts working on the treadmill….)
Raunak: Pareshaan hai??
Robbie: Yaar tu toh jaanta hain na… Kal raat mom ne jis tarah Kasturi ke saath behave kiya….
Raunak: Tu fikar mat kar…. Waise Kasturi ab kaisi hai?
Robbie: So rahi hai… Maine bhi jaanbujh kar nahi jagaya… kal raat jo bhi hua… woh bohut pareshaan thi….
Raunak: Main samajh sakta hoon….
There Kasturi gets up and sees Robbie is not there and think he might be in the washroom but washroom door is open so she thinks he might have gone down…. She looks at the time… Its past 9….
Kasturi: Baap re… kitni der ho gayi…. (She quickly throws the quilt off herself and gets ready…. She is also wondering where Robbie might be… On a sudden impulse she picks up the phone and dials hi number but then stops herself and keeps the phone down…. She is about to step out of the room when she suddenly remembers last night's events… she collects herself with great difficulty and moves out anyways hoping not to come across Devika…. She goes into the kitchen…. Nandini is there… she goes and stand beside her…)
Kasturi: (touches her feet) Good morning Aunty…
Nandini: (blessing her) good morning beta….
Kasturi: Main kuch madad kardoon??
Nandini: Nahin beta…. Iski zaroorat nahin hai….
(Kasturi wants to ask her about Robbie but is very apprehensive about it…. In a while Nandu comes into the kitchen…)
Nandini: Nandu Robbie aur Raunak gym main hain… (handing over a tray with two glasses) unhe ye juice de aao….
Kasturi: Aunty main le jao??
Nandini: (smiles) Haan haan beta kyun nahi….
(Kasturi just smiles and takes the tray from Nandu and goes to the gym….. Robbie has just finished with his exercises… He has put a towel around his neck…. Robbie and Raunak are just sitting on a seating waiting for their juices and chatting… Kasturi enters with the juice and Raunak sees her…)
Raunak: Arre kasturi (Robbie turns at once to look at her) tumhe kya zarrorat thi ye lane ki?
Kasturi: (steals glances at Robbie) Koi baat nahi… Lijiye na…(she offers the juice to Raunak and he picks it up…. No one speaks anything about the previous night… just then Raunak's phone rings and he excuses himself and with a glass of juice in one hand and the phone in other moves out…. Now its just RK…. Robbie looks at her and smiles… Kasturi smiles back…. Robbie takes the tray from her hand and makes her sit…)
Robbie: Good Morning….
Kasturi: good morning…. Lekin aapne mujhe jagaya kyun nahin… kitni der ho gayi….
Robbie: toh kya hua?? Aur waise bhi koi der nahin hui….
Kasturi is about to hold out the juice for him when suddenly someone will come and take it from her…. Its none other than Anjali….
Anjali: Good Morning guys…. Kasturi thanx for the juice…..
(Kasturi doesn't say anything…. She is not at all happy to see Anjali there… upon that she took the juice which she got for Robbie…. Kasturi is angry at her but doesn't show it…..)
Robbie: Good morning Anjali…. So u comfortable?? Kamra theek hai na??
(Kasturi is confused….)

Robbie: (makes a face) so sorry…. Main toh bhool hi gaya…. Kasturi yeh…
Anjali: Rehne do…. Kasturi main batati hoon…. I'm Anjali (extending her hand) Tumhare idiot hubby ki bachpan ki dost….
Kasturi: (brings her hand forward and greets her) Hi….
Anjali: Tumhe pata hai jab main, Raunak aur Robbie chotte the na toh bohut masti karte the… anyways ab toh main kuch dinno ke liye yahin hoon na I'll tell you everything….
(Robbie is smiling and Kasturi is like kuch din…. Nandu comes and tells them that breakfast will be ready in sometime…. RK excuses themselves and moves towards their room as Robbie needs to take a shower….. Robbie goes to the room and Kasturi lays clothes for him…. Meanwhile Kasturi gets a call and she gets busy...
Devika's room:
Alaana and Nikhil are there with her and she is looking at the newspapers…. She is very angry and throws the paper on the floor…
Alaana: mumma newspaper par gussa kyun nikal rahe ho? Kya hua?
Devika: Kya hua?? This is funny…. Alaana aaj ke har newspaper ki yeh front page headlines hai…. Robbie Sabarwal ne ek middle class family ki ladki se shaadi kar li….. Robbie sabarwal fell in love with and then tied a knot with his assistant….
Nikhil: Ab isme inka kya kasoor hai… yeh toh wohi likhenge jo aapke ladle ne kiya hai….
Devika: Shut up Nikhil… Main Kasturi ko Robbie ke ssath nahin dekh sakti…
Puru: (enters the room) Toh aadat daal lo Devika…. Achcha hoga tumhare liye…. Neehe chalo breakfast par sab wait kar rahe hain….
Devika: Mujhe bhook nahin hai…
Puru: (sternly) Maine kaha neeche chalo….
(Devika looks helpless and then follows Puru… Alaana and Nikhil follows them too)
RK's room:
(Robbie comes out of the washroom and gets ready…. Kasturi finishes her call and turns towards Robbie….)
Robbie: Chale kasturi….
Kasturi: (She knows going down on breakfast means facing Devika) Woh…
Robbie: (understands and comes and places a hand on her shoulder) main tumhare saath hoon Katuri…. Chalo…
(They are about to leave when Raunak enters….)
Robbie: Arre Raunak hum abhi neeche hi aa rahe the….
Raunak: Mujhe pata hai… Main toh tujhe sirf ye batane aaya tha ki apna samaan pack kar lena….
(it's a Raunak's plan to tease Robbie a bit…. So he doesn't tell him that Kasturi will be going along with him)
Robbie: Samaan kyun??
Raunak: Kyunki tu aaj Mauritius ja raha hai….
(Kasturi looks up at Robbie…. She feels sad at the prospect of Robbie leaving… Robbie is confused)
Robbie: Tujhe kisne kaha ki main aaj Mauritius ja raha hoon?
Raunak: arre is main kehne ki kya baat hai….. tera concert hain agle hafte Mauritius main…. Bhul gaya??
Robbie: (frowning) Tu pagal ho gaya hai…. Concert agle hafte hain toh main aaj kyun jao?? Aur waise bhi main abhi kaise ja sakta hoon???
Raunak: (hiding his smile and putting on a serious face) Dekh jaana toh tujhe padega Robbie…. Uncle ne teri rehearsals ki bhi arrangements kar di hain…. Infact tumhari aaj raat ki tickets bhi aa chuki hain…. Anyways main chalta hoon tum aa jao….
Now Robbie is very upset…. He doesn't wants to leave Kasturi…. He just can't bear the thought of going away from her and upon that his Mom…. Kasturi is also upset that Robbie has to go but still manages herself and as if reading his thoughts speaks….
Kasturi: Aap ko jaana chahiye…. (Robbie looks at her as if you are crazy) main theek hoon….
Robbie: Kasturi main aise kaise ja sakta hoon… main dad se baat karoonga….. unhone mujhe bataya tak nahin…
Kasturi: koi baat nahin… aur phir aapko aapke career par bhi toh dhyan dena hain na….
Robbie: Main jaanta hoon… Chalo neeche….
(Everybody is seated at the dining table…. RK are walking down the stairs and Devika sees them and fumes with anger… Alaana and Nikhil makes faces too….)
Nandini: aao beta… sab tumhara hi wait kar rahe the….
(Kasturi takes the blessings of Puru and Dushant and both of them blesses her… she reluctantly goes to Devika and touches her feet… Devika doesn't reply… Kasturi feels bad and so does everyone else…. Robbie gets upset…)
Robbie: Mom Kasturi aapke pair chu rahi hai….
Devika: (in a disinteresting manner) jeete raho….
(Kasturi doesn't say anything and sits next to Robbie… Anjali comes there to and greets everyone… Robbie is lost in his thoughts….)
Alaana: Hey Anju…. Its so nice to know that u r staying on….
(Anjali smiles…. She knows how fake Alaana is so doesn't reply back... on the other hand Kasturi is upset)
Kasturi: (to herself) Ek toh I don't know wats good about this morning…. Pehle toh ye Anjali yahan reh rahi hai aur agar ye kam nahi that oh ab Robbie bhi aaj raat ko ja rahe hain….
(On the other hand Robbie is thinking about Devika's behaviour and thinks: Main Kasturi ko yahan akela chod kar nahin ja sakta…. Mom kahin phir Kasturi ke saath… Mujhe dad se baat kar leni chahiye…. Raunak sees Robbie tensed and smiles a bit… )
Robbie: Dad… Mujhe aapse kuch kehna hai….
Puru: haan beta….
Robbie: Dad main Mauritius nahin ja sakta….
Puru: (looks up) kya…. Yeh tum kya keh rahe ho beta….
(Now everyone is looking at Robbie…. Devika's ears are all perked up….)
Robbie: Dad main Mauritius abhi kaise ja sakta hoon… aur concert toh ek hafte baad hain na…..
(Raunak is trying hard not to laugh….. while Devika is happy that Robbie is going…. So she can plan something to throw Kasturi out…)
Puru: (worriedly) par beta… Humne toh yehi socha tha ki yeh tum dono ke sahi rehega… (Robbie gets confused and so does Kasturi…) Haan…. Humne socha ki agar tum aur Kastrui wahan ek hafta pehle chale jao toh wahan tumhari rehearsals bhi ho jayengi aur tum dono ko kuch waqt bhi mil jayega….
(RK are surprised and very happy too…. Devika is glares at Puru hardly…)
Robbie: (looks at Raunak who's now trying his best to control his laughter and once understands that Raunak was pulling his leg all along) Dad aap meri aur Kasturi ke baat kar rahe the….
Nandini: toh aur nahin toh kya?? Kya baat hai Robbie??
(Kasturi is silently praying that Puru's plan doesn't gets spoilt)
Raunak: Jaane dijiye na uncle agar Robbie nahin jaana chahta toh….
Robbie: (giving him a hard glare) Raunakkk…. Meri rehearsals bhi wahan arrange karwa chuke hain dad…. Nahin dad aap sahi keh rahe hain… hum… humme jaana chahiye… Haina Kasturi??
(Kasturi doesn't say anything just smiles and lowers her eyes… she is equally happy but doesn't want to make it too obvious…)
Puru: yehi toh main bhi keh raha hoon….
Nandini: Tumhari tabiyat toh theek hai na Robbie??
Robbie: Ji aunty bilkul theek hai…(looking at Raunak) bas kuch logon ki akal theek thikane lagani padegi….
Puru: Tum kya keh rahe ho Robbie…. Achcha koi baat nahi abhi tum dono apna breakfast khatam karo aur apni packing poori karo…
Robbie: Ji dad….
(He looks at Kasturi and sees that she's smiling too… He's relieved that she's also happy regarding going to Mauritius with him…)
(All of them leaves one by one… only Devika is left fuming and Alaana is sitting beside her)
Alaana: Mumma whats going on?? Ab yeh ladki Robbie ke saath Mauritius jayegi…. Jisne kabhi Delhi ke bahar ki duniya tak nahin dekhi…
Devika: Is waqt hum kuch nahin kar sakte Alaana…. Jaane do usse…. Wapis toh yehi aana hain na…. Tab main usse Robbie se alag kar ke rahoongi…. Aur tab tumhare dad bhi mujhe rok nahin payenge!!!
Raunak's room:
Robbie: (enters his room) duffer…. (imitating Raunak) Robbie tu aaj Mauritius ja raha hai… (Raunak laughs) Tu has raha hai…. Pehle kyun nahi bataya ki dad mujhe aur Kasturi ko saath bhej rahe hain??
Raunak: Agar pehle bata deta toh tera woh utra hua chehra kahan se dekhne ko milta…. Shakal dekhi thi apni us waqt…( Raunak laughs)
Robbie: Ha ha very funny… beta jab tujhe pyar hoga na tab dekhte hain….
Raunak: Chal chal… ab tu ja aur Kasturi ki packing main madat kar… woh bechari akele sab kaise karegi?? Ek tu usse ab tak theek se yeh bhi nahin pata ki kaunsi cheez kahan hai….
Robbie: Theek hai… ja raha hoon… is baar toh Kasturi ki wajah se tu bach gaya…. Lekin….
Raunak: Haan haan pata hai… ab ja…. (Robbie leaves the room and Raunak smiles) I hope Robbie ki teri aur Kasturi ki khushiyan humesha aise hi bani rahe….
