Wow. I'm sorry if this hurts anyone but I think some fans take it a bit too far. It's okay to really like someone, watch all their movies or shows, even maybe playfully daydream about them sometimes, but there should be a limit to fan craziness. If you feel like you are crazy about someone that you don't even know, then you should ask yourself why. The truth is that nobody here knows him, he is a public celebrity figure. He is a talented and attractive guy, but nobody knows him personally except for the people in his own life. Wouldn't we all be better off spending our love and affection on the people we do know personally? Think about it.

I am not just talking about the person who posted this, but also many of the people responding and asking for the number.

If you were a celebrity, would you want to have any kind of a friendship with someone who only knows you based on your TV personality? Wouldn't you prefer to want to hang out with people who aren't star-struck? I am sure Karan likes his fans, but that he wants his privacy and that he would rather be friends with people who actually know him as a person and not as a star.

I hope I have not hurt anybody with this. Just something I think everyone should think about. Thanks.
