KZK failure??? - Page 6

I think EK should stop making such star-crossed lovestories like KZK because I think EK doesn't really know the real meaning of star crossed lovestory. EK is actually showing us crap in the name of star crossed lovestory. If EK really want to know the real meaning of star-crossed lovers she should see the lovestories of Devdas-paro, romeo-juliet (they are the actual meaning of star-crossed lovers), Heer -Ranjha etc. the star crossed lovers actually preferred dying rather than being with their other partners, I have never anyday saw the star-crossed lovers actually falling for their other partners from all the star-crossed lovestories that I have watch or read😊

I have actually seen EK always complimenting Bajaj and Komolika character or Bajaj-Prena jodi in most of EK's interview I have never seen EK talking about Anurag and Anupre jodi when she talks about KZK2. EK have always tried her best to destroy Anurag's character and Anupre everytime to establish Prerish by doing things like Anurag Naa Prena ko Kyu Maara, Anurag planning his own accident to break Prerish wedding ( Anurag character was never like this fro day 1 of KZK2. He would never do such cheap deeds like throwing Prena from Howrah bridge, planning his own accident etc.), even from Erica's LC during lockdown ( Bajaj has guts, from Anurag and Bajaj character Erica always used to choose Bajaj character, now Bajaj will be the father of Sneha etc.) we can see that EK was thinking of showing prerish lovestory after lockdown. The KZK2 makers and EK always liked to destroy Anurag's character and Anupre jodi and also take Anupre fans/ jodi for granted but now when they want to save their show now they are thinking of Anurag's character and Anupre fans/jodi by bringing an Anurag and Anupre centric track

Because she cares a shit for anupre u know that ? She cares for trps and her money. Which her vamps and villains bring ...her vamps have been iconic..from ramola sikand , komolika to sherlyn and prithvi.. In all her serials the story is spun as good vs bad...for bad to win good has to be dumb, and when the track is over, good wins , till the next vamp comes. That's the only way she knows , to run her dramas. If you were expecting a love story from her , forget it. Look at her track record , how many love stories did she make ? She is obsessed with stylish vamps and middleclass heroine marrying rich boys . Probably she connects to it.

no character is written consistently that's the shows problem. Anu going crazy during Bajaj track1 made sense only because we have no idea how anyone will react in a certain situation until it happens, so it was fresh. but i agree some of his actions were OTT. but i guess AnuPre characters were always meant to be written as weak & sacrificing for each other without thinking & that's the main problem. They should have been written as solid, dependable & strong characters who shouldn't need to resort to sacrifice every single time whether Komo or Bajaj or Viraj etc came. That makes more sense for a couple who are supposed to be SOULMATES.

Yes Bajaj started out negatively but his character became positive at the end of his 1st track. (whether he remains so is to be seen)

i wouldn't know, haven't watched. But from what i heard Parth being absent, Eri/Amna working from home & stupid filler tracks 'coz of Parths unavailability doesn't make it seem so. Post leap Prerna still had no romantic feelings for anyone besides Anu whilst Bajaj was pathetically latoo. Honestly the shoddy characterisation & treatment of Prerna makes me not root for any couple!

see this is the crux of the problem. Everybody sees only Anu's character as being destroyed or being the main reason for saving the show when in fact AnuPre consists of Anu & Pre. But the CV's shoddy treatment of Prerna invokes no sympathy for her from the viewers. she's not even acknowledged as an individual character but that is entirely the CV's fault.

if the show is to shut down they should at least give proper closure to AnuPre fans. expecting ANYTHING ELSE IS POINTLESS.

Luckily here anurag didnt love kamolika or prerna loved Bajaj.I don't think they were planning prerish track.If they were planning it why should they give Anupre sneha promo?But in s1 anurag tried to be a good hus to Kamo n prerna loved Bajaj.If devdas,romeo juliet were made into daily soaps those shows wudve been ruined by stupid tracks

U r right.If she had cared for anupre she wudnt have separated them like this.but in the case of KZK I don't think she cares 4 trps also.if she had cared 4 trps atleast 4 sometime she wudve united anupre.But here she cares only for her ego n stubbornness that anupre shud be always separate.

The makers gave Anupre Sneha promo to lured all the Anupre fans and the audience who would have never turned into KZK2 after lockdown because the Revenge track of Prena was not at all interesting so they use a positive Anupre Sneha promo to attract the audience. After shooting started every show makers were afraid that they will not get their audience and viewers that they used to have before lockdown because the daily soaps were coming back after long 4 months and in this 4 months most of the audience had shifted to mythological shows, Webseries, Netflix, previous shows etc. so that's why all the shows makers changed their storyline to a positive storyline. KZK2 makers also thought that Sneha and Anupre storyline will worked rather than Prena's revenge track because this Anupreha track is a positive and interesting change in kzk2 storyline that why the KZK2 makers changed their storyline to Anupreha( Anupre+Sneha) centric track. If lockdown and pendemic would not have happen then maybe KZK2 makers would have started Prerish story and Anurag's character would have got destroyed very horribly to establish Bajaj-Prena jodi like previous season where Anurag1 was destroyed to establish Prerish 1( EK had hinted many times during lockdown that she wants to start Prerish love story and also Erica in lockdown suddenly began to say that Sneha will be Bajaj's daughter not Anurag's daughter etc.) by this we can understand that EK was supposed to start Prerish love story👍🏼

oh really?but unlike previous season now sneha's scenes are with anurag n not bajaj.even kuki's scenes are with anurag. but whatever since parth was not available till last week it was prerish in the show.I duno why though parica have come back for shoot most of the anupre scenes are with body double now

I am late to this discussion, but I will say I don't see how KZK2 is a failure.

How can it be deemed a failure when we don't know the alternative? It is still on TV and still AnuPre entric. So what has it failed at?

In my POV, the show would be a huge failure and will shut down completely if Anurag or Prerna fell in love with other people and the story moved onto different couples. That would be a failure. If there was no more AnuPre love story, which is what this show is all about, then it would have surely failed!!!

Then it will be a different show and we can all move on.

It was never meant to be a brilliant television, in the way of a BBC production. Hell no! No one has illusions of grandeur. I don't think anyone should be looking for much deeper symbolism, meaning, plotlines, storylines, logic, character development, etc etc. Sure, you may want all those things, but this show is not the place for it. At least, I don't see all that and am not looking for it.

It has just the right amount of soap-opera style storyline and beautiful people, nice clothes, sexual tension, and drama for me to chill out for 20 mins each night. It really delivers!!! I love it. Takes me away from the Pandemic horror all around me.

The story of KZK2 has changed due to pandemic and lockdown that's why now rather than Bajaj-Sneha and Bajaj-Kuki scenes makers are focusing and showing Anurag-Sneha and Anurag-Kuki scenes. Actually all TV shows stories have changed after lockdown👍🏼

I think the makers were trying to establish and start love story of Prerish and Bajaj character in absence of Parth ( even SBS in one of their segments told that Prerish lovestory is starting and Anurag jaha hai wahi rahega) but since the show began to drown and lose their viewership in absence of Anurag , the KZK2 makers in order to do damage control told that Prerish track was a filler track that they have started due to absence of Parth👍🏼

Parica have came back to shoot since the show was doing bad in absence of Parica. Parica were actually called by the channel and kzk2 makers to immediately come back to shoot. Parica were actually using BDs only in some of their scenes but for their other scenes Parica were not using BDs. Actually with BDs also Anupre scenes were not getting affected much I feel😊
