Kuki and Kaushik’s banters are on. Kuki is blaming Aruraag for stalking Prerna. Kaushik tells her that its destiny that Anurag and Prerna are colliding everyone and then. Kuki asks him to stop blaming to which he says she is the one who started. They both warn each other asking to stop blaming Prerna and Anurag.
Prerna and Anurag are still stuck inside the lift. Komolika calls Anurag and asks him about his whereabouts. Anurag tells her that he will call her up later to which she questions him who is he with and why is he keeping the phone so fast. Is he with someone special? Anurag cuts the call by telling him that he loves her (making sure Prerna hears it) and that he will call her up later.
Bajaj calls up and asks Prerna whether she is okay or not as Kuki called him up to tell him that Prerna is stuck in the lift. Prerna tells him that she is okay. Bajaj requests her to stay calm.
Anurag’s monologue: If I could I would have made things fine without hurting you. But I couldn’t.
Kuki and Kaushik inform in the reception about the lift. Kuki seems quite distressed. The Receptionist calls the mechanic and informs them that the lift is stuck on the 6th floor. Both of them follow the mechanic through the stairs. Kuki request the mechanic to do it fast. Prerna calls Kuki to check how long it will take and the light comes within a few seconds.
Prerna tried to open the lift door but she was too fragile. Anurag tried to help but she shoved him away by saying not to touch her and that she doesn’t want his help. When Prerna was unsuccessful in opening the door Anurag tried to pull the door keeping his hand on hers. Prerna was very angry when he did that. But alas both failed to open and Prerna got hurt in the process.
Anurag’s Monologue: If I tell her the truth, will he believe me? Or shall I keep quiet? There is enough confusion already and I don’t want anymore.
In the meantime, the lift door opens and both of them collided while coming out. Kuki and Kaushik tried to ask Prerna and Anurag respectively whether they are fine or not. None spoke a word. Prerna gestured Kuki to give the car keys. Kaushik handed over the keys to Anurag and kept apologizing for parking incorrectly.
Prerna booed Anurag by showing him thumbs down. Kuki guessed that there is some intension between Kaushik’s mama and Prerna. She concludes that it might be some business rivalry.
Prerna’s Flashback: While driving Prerna has a flashback of Anurag’s words in the auction hall. How he wanted her gone and how he throws her out of his life. About his taunt on her being middle class.
Kuki asked her to drive slowly because she was rash driving. Kuki interrogates Prerna about Anurag whether she knows him or not.
Prerna’s Flashback: The moment when she confesses her profound love for Anurag on the Howrah bridge and then how he threw her off the bridge.
Prerna drops Kuki in the collage and apologies for her behaviour. She tells her that she was stressed and now she is fine. She shouldn’t take any stress for her and go enjoy her first day in college.
Anurag tells Kaushik that he is fine and drops him off in his collage. He reaches basu house and everyone pounces on him to know how he lost the deal. Nivedita wants to know every detail and Mohini wanted to know the name of the woman who took away his dream project.
Anurag’s monologue: I can’t tell them that I was Prerna in front of Komolika.
He tells them that whatever has happened its not good and he knows that but if they keep on thinking about it I will be even worse. Komolika who was present there kept on looking at Anurag. He tells them that he has arranged for a party tomorrow and he needs to talk to his clients regarding business tieup for the mall and asked them to focus on that.
Komolika stops Anurag and reminds him that the land belonged to them. Nivedita cuts her off by saying since Anurag has already said its business and its very common. Anurag leaves without clarifying anything to Komolika
Prerna stops at a signal and kept on recapitulating the lift incident then she sees her mother crossing the road. She parks the car to see, but she was gone. Mr Bajaj calls her up to check on her when he tells her that she sound distracted. Prerna asks him whether he is in India to which he says he knows her too well since they have been living under the same roof for 8 years.
Mr Bajaj tells Prerna to go and meet her mother. But Prerna says she cannot meet her now because she wont be able to spend sometime with her. He asks whether they live in the same house or not. Prerna tells him that, they have her father’s memory in that house. So yes. She further tells that her brain is preoccupied with Anurag and until she does what she has planned she wont be able to focus on anything. Mr. Bajaj says he is very proud of her and agrees that Anurag will get a shock. He further asks her to take care. Prerna assures him that she will take care of Kuki. Bajaj tells her that he knows.
In the collage Kuki was fed up finding Kaushik there. She sees a girl running after Kaushik and kaushik was not showing any interest. Once he was gone Kuki goes and asks that girl whether she was okay. The girl says Kaushik touched her and when she refused he pushed her. Kuki pulls her along with her and tells her that they are going to teach him a lesson. She goes and complains to the police stating that the boy (pointing towards Kaushik) tried to tease the girl and she is the eyewitness. The girl also agreed in front of the police. The police informs both of them that they need to come to police station for FIR.
The police takes Kaushik to the police station while he kept on asking what has he done. The police inform him that he has teased a girl.
Kuki comes to the police station and kaushik was mad seeing her. He tells the police that kuki is after him and when he didn’t give her bhao she is trying to take revenge and that she is totally mad. Kuki calls him devil when Kaushik tells the police officer that kuki might look innocent but she isn’t. If he saves he will look even more innocent that her.
Kaushik tells her that she is one ehaanfaramosh because he tried to save Prerna but she is accusing him for wrong reason. Kuki says she has already said thank you but that doesn’t mean he will go and molest other females. He was shocked hearing that.
Kaushik couldn’t believe that Naina complained against him. The police got pissed due to the commotion in the police station. The officer asks Naina whether Kaushik has molested him or not. She denies. Kuki says she is scared because he is standing in front of him right now. Kaushik asks the officer whether he can leave. He leaves. Kuki tells Naina that she is the one who told her. Naina leaves. Police scolds Kuki and tells her that for this complain; his entire life would have been spoilt. She apologized. Naina confess her love for Kaushik and says she did this to get him. Not only her but everyone loves him in the collage. She further says that she is the one who tried to get close to him and he asked her not to talk to him in further. Kuki asks her why did she lie to which she said she thought he will be scared and come to her.
Kaushik stops his car infront of Kuki and asks her whether she wants to applogize. Kuki refuses that tells him that it was not her fault. She belived what naina said which was a lie. Kaushik warns her and says “See what I do now”
Anurag’s Monologue : I wanted to hug her today. My truth will be a lie for her in today’s date. I wanted to tell her that I am her thornbird. To give her life I am killing myself inside. But I am happy that she hates me. Its good to see hatred for me in her eyes rather than seeing her in jail.
Prerna’s monologue : I have not even started taking revenge. I am waiting for that day when I will take the actual revenger and then I want to see your face that day. I want to see you fall just like I fell from that bridge. The only difference will be that I lost my love and you will lose all your money that you love so much.
Precap : Rakhi reminds Mohini that the she used to be the head of the house. Mohini corrects her saying it was when Moloy used to be the head of the house. Now the house, the shares, business everything belongs to Komolika.
Anurag welcomes Prerna in the basu bari after 8 years. He says that Basu’s welcome everyone whoever that might be. Prerna tells him that she wants to see everything getting spoiled.
Bajaj meets Anurag and tells him that the time has change and Anurag is nothing but a rival for prerna. You have lost the old prerna by killing her and now she is not your Prerna anymore. She is my Prerna.
