Why this show lacks

I just have several things to say about this............

Although this show is about anurag and prerna being soulmates who can never be together but live for one another the show has failed at the live for one another part. The show contradicts what the theme is all about.

It all started when they kept doing repeated cycles of close to getting married, blackmail, marriage to third angles and back again. The worse part is the adultery or pda that takes place when anurag and prerna are married to others. Not to mention the story line forcing everyone to be in one house.

A star cross lovers theme and story doesn't play out this way. Yes they showed the arguments, fights and misunderstandings but the fact that they keep showing one thing over and over have audience bored and ready to change the channel because they know what to expect.

Not to mention they fail to show scenes that contribute to the story. This 8 year leap took place. What happen to prerna during those 8 years? Viewers wish to see flashbacks of those. To show a scene of prerna first coming back to Kolkata where the betrayal took place and the death of her child after 8 years would have made the character more relatable. Where is the emotion and sadness on her face? The pain after coming back to the place where she lost everything. Scenes like this is important. Also showing a scene where she sits down and talks with her family about what happen is important as well. Showing prerish relationship more is important. Majority of the episode just spews BS which are scenes no one care about.

there are so very many things this show lacks that my hand's gonna cramp if i type it all down. The biggest being common sense. I've said this before and i'll say it again, i genuinely want to know what the CVs snort while writing the scripts and storylines.

The show has taken an 8 year leap what has changed? Anurag still married to komolika.

Bajaj and prerna are still married.

What happen with showing how prerna was getting by for 8 years? She was with bajaj for 8 years why not explore that relationship between the two?

All we hear about is prerna revenge. Since coming back to the place where she lost everything a scene showing her pain and hurt would have been relatable.

A scene with her family as well would've been good. She had no contact with her family for 8 years. In these 8 years her family has been struggling, suffering and is poor.

Instead they throw the BS lollipop scenes. So cringeworthy and distasteful.

A bang on post as always! It’s surprises me, the lack of creativity on the part of the creatives. How can someone put such a no-brainer in the form of a daily TV show? It challenges the IQ of the viewers who wait passionately for things to change. Nothing has or will ever change with this show. The ridiculousness and the repetitiveness of the tracks by bewilders me.

The show lacks character depth.

Only Anurag had character depth initially, which Parth had brought forth really well but they butchered him as well over the months.

And I feel bad for Parth, Erica and KSG. SO much potential is getting wasted in these stupid story lines. The show lacks consistency. Frankly, I am in it only to see these three.
