Lovely and succinct. He is a great husband, which is why Prerna's blindness shocks me. This is what all women want in a man - even if it is not the love of her life. Most people don't get the love of their life.

Anurag is a MURDERER! PERIOD. Majboori or not! He tried to Kill his SOULMATE to save her from going to jail for an act of self defense without even trying to protect her 🤪. Someone does not know about self defense and can no longer afford to pay Malkhaniji to save his soulmate!😆 I wonder what was stopping Anurag from attempting suicide after killing Prerna considering his tall claims of them being SOULMATES and him not being able to live without her! Komolika was not there to stop Anurag. Both AnuPre could have died and United in heaven! Moreover, he did attempt suicide not once but twice in a previous track to attract Prerna's attention. So that her focus shifts from her husband to Ex Lover who impregnated her under false pretence of marriage and later ditched her to marry Komolika, majboori or not.

But Anurag just killed Prerna, sent his Dil Ka rishta Walli daughter, supposedly Bajaj's child to an orphanage! Got drunk and did Gulu Gulu with Komolika and had a child with her! 😆Anurag knows of Komo's obsession with Consummating their marriage, still he got drunk, put himself in a vulnerable position and did Gulu Gulu with Komo! 😳What a way to finish the day you killer your supposed soulmate!!👎🏼

Anurag attempted suicide twice when he felt Prerna's attention is being diverted to her legally wedded husband, guess he cannot bare to see her with another man, but he is perfectly fine killing Prerna for a silly reason without trying to first save her and then very coolly moving on with another women Komolika who also happens to be his legally wedded wife! Having cute nok-jhok with his legally wedded wife at the drop of a hat. AnuKom pull-push scenes are ☺️ kya intensity dekhata hai Munda for his beautiful wifey. Anurag is a good husband since he can hardly keep his hands off wifey Komolika, gussa ho ya Pyaar! 😳

Even if I assume Anurag is aware of Prerna being alive, then he is perfectly fine with leading a happy and blissful married life with Komolika and their daughter Diya while he himself could not respect Prerna's marriage to Mr. Bajaj. In fact, he left Prerna high and dry twice not thinking how she would feel watching him with another women. He can marry and have life as per his wish but Prerna cannot marry and have a life of her own. How toxic. 🤢

Anurag calling Diya a Galti leaves such a bad taste in the mouth. Who calls their own daughter a mistake! Disgusting!!🤢

PS: Dear Mods, I do not endorse suicide in any way, my comments on why Anurag did not attempt suicide attempt no. 3 after killing Prerna is in line with what was shown on the show. Anurag has displayed a particular proclivity for attempting suicide to showcase his soulful love for Prerna.

This reason is why bajaj and prerish was so popular in season 1. Bajaj is classy, calm, handsome, charming, smart and in control. Bajaj has the whole world of woman at his knees. He can have any woman he wants and yet fate unfortunately led him to Prerna. Bajaj destiny has now become entwined with prerna. He will go to the extreme for her as he will with kuki. He will never make no harm come to her. The one thing I love is how bajaj gives prerna the freedom to make her own choices. He doesn't pressure her. Their marriage was a choice for her to make. Becoming a businesswoman was a choice he allowed her to make. Not consummating their marriage and moving forward again her choice. Her going to take revenge is her choice. Anything she does or want he gives his blessing. He doesn't limit her. Even during their marriage he was very protective over her. After leaving her he was still protective. I wish I had a Bajaj in my life.

Great post! It's inarguably one of the best I've read on Rishabh Bajaj and the astounding brilliance has rendered me speechless.

The most fascinating aspect of this character is its greyness. The latter provides immense scope to explore the light and dark shades the colour houses. He's both the saint and the sinner.

His relationship with Prerna indeed had an unconventional start with two complete strangers suddenly forced into an alliance under terribly ill circumstances. Yet that didn't stop him from caring for her despite not being required to do so.

While others were accustomed to slapping, degrading, and abusing her; RB patiently tolerated every misunderstanding and accusation he was subjected to, never losing his patience in the process.

In the cringeworthy hospital sequence he taught her the importance of self-respect. As you pointed out, the recent bridge scene showed the importance of his words when we saw the woman being thrown down to death because a man deemed it the only way to rescue her after being blackmailed. Her consent didn't matter. It never did.

Loyalty is absolutely inseparable from RB. The fact that he is a one woman man...ever ready to move mountains for the woman he loves makes him so endearing and even makes his vices outweight someone's virtues. When he fell in love he knew she may never love him back. There mustn't have been a bit of hope left after the divorce. Yet he stayed loyal to her in all forms because he knew he can belong to just one woman.

Now, post the reunion with her, he's content watching her soar higher from a distance. He won't close the distance unless she loses her balance. This is the highest form of love because it's untainted by selfishness and other vices.

RB came to her rescue and elevated her to the status she currently flaunts. Was it required? No. He returned because he loved her. She owes him her strength, her life, her everything.

This is so beautiful. I agree!

Rishabh's love is the kind that keeps giving without an ounce of self preservation. He gives giving Prerna everything without asking for anything back other than bettering her own self. He gives so that she takes and flies on her own. He does not expect her to wait for him as she takes flight. A love that's selfless and without conditions, an irony because it started with just that : conditions.

Actions always speak louder than words.

Rishabh Bajaj always said in his own words that he wasn't a saint unlike the self proclaimed saints.

He was called a raavan and a villain and a criminal and what not (in the show itself) yet his actions proved what he was he is and he will always remain.

And I don't need to say enough because you have said so in your post.

Rishabh Bajaj, the best & the only husband Prerna can ever have. ♥️

The one who protects her, the one who cares about her, the one who respects her, the one who accepted her child as his, the one who empowered her, the one who will always be her rock forever without any conditions without any terms without any strings.

As long as Bajaj is alive so shall Prerna.

Because he obviously loves her

Thanks ATC. I loved the way he told her she was not letting herself enjoy her success because of her obsession. Just one recent example of his love and respect for her. I mean , all working women, forget just Businesswoman of the year, would love to hear their partner giving them so much of encouragement and positivity.

And ...noone is stopping anyone else from making posts about the perfect boyfriend or husband. Please go ahead. This is a free forum.

This! Yes!

As long as Bajaj is alive, Prerna will be. He will make sure she's taken care of as long as he breathes. And the man he is, he does it without expecting anything in return. If that's not the purest form of love, the actual unconditional kind, what is?
