PreRish OS: Happiest ChristmasEver!!!
‘Aaram se, Prerna.’ Said Rishabh, and helped Prerna sit on the bed.
Prerna sighed. Her husband is being very protective of her.
‘Duniya mein aur koyi Papa-Mumma nhi bannewale hai kya? Yeh Mr.Bajaj bhi na! He is treating me as if I am a doll! Ab mere 2nd monthmein hi aisa care kar rhe hain toh aage chalkar kya hoga? Zyada hi care kar rhe hai woh.’ She thought.
She was worried, as well as disguisted.
Rishabh noticed her disguisted face.
‘Kya hua, kis baat ki chinta hai tumhe?’ he asked sitting beside her, and taking her soft hand in his.
Before Prerna could speak, the 4 year old Prem barged into their room with his elder sister, Kukki.
He said in his cute voice, ‘Papa,Mumma, iss baar Santa mujhe kya denge?’
PreRish looked at each other and then at the calendar.
‘Oh, Shit!’ Rishabh cursed himself in his mind for forgetting that just two days later is Christmas.
Kukki chided her brother softly,‘Offo! Santa kabhi bhi gift dene se pehle nhi bolte ki what he is going to gift!’
Prem’s face fell.
Rishabh said, ‘Bhale hi Santa ne kuchhna bataya ho,humare taraf se aap dono ke liye kya gift hai who hum bol dete hai.’
Now, Prerna was delighted.
‘Kya gift, Papa?’ Kukki asked.
‘Do din baad ek Christmas Party hai Ghar mein!’ said their Father, cheerfully.
Yayy!!! Said Prem. He hugged his Parents and kissed them.
Kukki smiled and went away with Prem.
‘Aap itna pamper kyun karte hai Prem ko?’
‘Senior Bajaj can’t bear to see Junior Bajaj’s sad face, Mother India!’ said Rishabh, and handed his wife her Vitamins.
Later that day…
Rishabh had gone to his office due to some urgent work.
Prerna as per husband’s strict orders, was sitting on the bed, with nothing to do.
Prem and Kukki were having their afternoon nap.
Her phone rang. Someone had called her.
She checked the caller Id and smiled.It was Vikrant calling, who united her for ever with her true soul mate, the great Rishabh Bajaj.
She picked the call.
‘Haan Vikrant, Bolo.’
‘Bhabhi… OOPS, Prerna, Rishabh ne abh iabhi mujhe CHRISTMAS party main invite kiya hai.’
He sounded excited.
‘So?’
‘I have a plan…’
Prerna interrupted him, ‘No don’t say again that some pranks are being cooked in your head!’
‘Arrey, suno toh!’
‘Haan bolo…’
THEY DISCUSSED ABOUT THE PLAN FORABOUT 15 MINS.
When finally they cut the call, Prerna was seen giggling like a Fool.
Yes, Vikrant was the only one who helped Rishabh rescue Prerna from the Evil clutches of Komolika or Sonalika. Hewas the one who updated Rishabh everyday about Prerna’s whereabouts. He was the only one besides Shivani who united PreRish.
Vikrant is the only one besides Prerna who dares to, and does play pranks on the inhumane, ruthless Business Tycoon Rishabh Bajaj. Rishabh and Vikrant are the best Buddies cum brothers. Prerna often calls them ‘Karan-Arjun’.
ONE THE DAY OF CHRISTMAS, I.E., 25th Dec:-
Amidst the Party arrangements, Prem is running around the house with his new remote control car, while Kukki is delighted to get a new Barbie Play House set and whole lot of chocolates, like his brother.
Standing aside, their Santa smiled.
‘Aap kya gift lenge, Mr. Bajaj?’
‘You have given me the best gifts of my life, Prerna.’ Said Rishabh, pointing to her belly and Prem.
Prerna smiled.
‘Seriously, who can think that thisman is completely different to the outside world? Well, it’s time to unmask him and reveal his true face.’ Thought Prerna and giggled.
‘Kya hua, hans kyun rhi ho?’ asked Rishabh, with a questioning look on his face.
Before she could reply, Vikrant came in.
‘Main aa gya!!!’ he shouted.
‘Vikrant chachu!’ the kids ran to him.
He gave them their gifts.
‘Tu itni jaldi aa gya?’asked Rishabh.
‘Oh hello, main bhi iss family ka hissa hoon. Mujhe bhi toh arrangements dekhne do!’ replied Vikrant and winked to Prerna, which was unnoticed by Rishabh.
The Sharmas came in after an hour, the guests started arriving.
They got ready.
When Prerna descended down the stairs, Rishabh couldn’t take his eyes off her.
She looked elegant in the silver gown.
‘Ahem, Jijz, poori life hai Di ko aise stare karke dekh ne ke liye. Who aapse door kabhi nahi jayegi!’ said Shivani.
(THIS HAS BECOME MY DIALOGUE, IN REAL LIFE.)
Rishabh scratched the back of his neck and went to his guests, leaving Shivani to giggle.
There was a huge Christmas tree in the middle of the hall, fully decorated. Medium size and small size Christmas trees were all around the house.
Prerna called her husband after reaching the farthest corner of the hall.
Rishabh received the call.
‘Haan, Prerna. Bolo.’
‘Zara gym room ke saam ne ayenge?Mujhe kuchh ajeeb sa lag raha hai yahaan!’
‘Abhi aaya!’ replied her husband and without cutting the call or waiting for her reply, dashed to the gym.
He was on his way in haste when…
‘BOOM’
Party bursters bursted and emerging from behind a Christmas tree, Vikrant scared him.
‘Ahhh!!!’
Rishabh yelled. He was stunned. This was not the end, Vikrant smashed a creamy cake on his face.
Mahesh recorded the whole incident,while Prerna and Shivani laughed their heart out!
‘Prerna! Tum bhi isme shaamil thi?’Rishabh pouted.
Mahesh said, ‘Done, Priyu Di!’
‘Kya?’ asked Rishabh.
Prerna replied coolly, ‘Mere Instagram Account se iss Prank ka video upload kar diya Mahesh ne, on my orders!'
Rishabh face palmed.
Vikrant and Prerna high fived.
