One year back as Komolika - USE & THROW MEN

One year later as Sonalika - GET IMPREGNATED WITH ANU'S CHILD.

Prerna's AMBITION:

Me: Prove to Komolika that Anu loves only her and in this process, become a superwoman even without thinking that she has a child in her womb.

EK & her CVs: Don't say that. Didn't you see how she was screaming & threatening Komo about how great she is a mother.

Me again: Vah vah....taaliya bajaao...kya kamal ka idea hai.

Mohini's AMBITION:

No matter evenif her son might be called a playboy, by hook or crook keep prerna away from Anu and for that act like a broker who sets up a room for her Sonalika to get impregnated.

And after watching most of the KZK episodes, me to bhagwaanji: Aapne kyon mard log ko banaaya?. EK ko pehle banayi tho vo aapko dikhaathi thi, kaise bina mard ke ye lok ko chalaana. Aapka kitna time bach saktha tha? 😕

Its just plain "illogical" drama for them in a race to compete for ratings with other similar shows and earn business. And sadly for viewers like you and me and gladly for Makers and viewers who like such stuff its working too.

Ever since they have shown sucj weird stuff between Komolika and Prerna they are getting what they want. Its people like us who made TRPs to be the parameter for success and failure but now its pretty much clear (unfortunately), content has suffered a big time here.

There is no character that's not confused. There is no character you could rely on and say ye palti nahi marega- be it a male or a female character.. Moloy is a good example..

Cassi....without the story moving forward, what is there to post about. Hence limiting myself to ATs nowadays.

I know we are not supposed to expect anything logical from EK's shows. So, i usually am cool with it. But when in one episode itself, they show insensitive things altogether, like in today's episode - marital rape irrespective of gender, fully pregnant lady acting like a superwoman & a totally inhuman mother like Mohini - I have to pour out my frustrations somewhere. Hence i come up making such threads occassionally, so that i can be cool for the rest of the day. 😆

Do I need to say I love your post 👏 Coz this is the truth..its audience like us who have given them trps and the writers were being cheered for until last week...I wonder what has changed in this one year. Last year ekta brought prerna and komo under ek chatt to fight for anurag..then anurag was majboor now he has memory loss..why wasnt IT cringeworthy then ? Bec they were fighting for love..so now what did change? They r still fighting for love.....I don't like to repeat myself again and again but I already read on the forum that writing is bad but anupre , for them we watch..so they r therr..I should have a problem bec I am shouting bad writing bad writing since the beginning..but if bad writing and anupre brings good trps so ok na..its ektas business to run kzk2, she will do what gives her money . Empower ho ya Kuch bhi..😆 aise bhi I got to know through the forum why kzk2 is getting high trps..the uniquest innocent most progressive fl , mindless sometimes brainless ml but innocent ml.....against a dumb comic vamp 😆 pages and pages of appreciation for them ..and for the cvs 👏 who would call kzk2 a failure ?

I'll not say we asked for it..everyone wishes to see a better story but I thought its anupre? It's an ekta soap so expect the unexpected

Problem with Makers ..... when something just doesn’t work they scrap it and when they feel that something is working they stretch it .. till they time that Turn into disgusting and cheap .... 😆..

KZK viewers have never accepted such outrages stuff ....they have been clear with what they want ... let’s see .....

Parth being unavailable from now on for major time ...makes me feel this track will get dragged now.

More than Woman Empowerment, it seems Ekta is is a mission to promote gender equality, at least through her Shows...

Molestation, Attempted Rape, Seduction under the influence of foreign substance, hitherto were crimes committed largely by menfolks. But now mata is giving a message clear and loud that even women are capable of perpetrating and executing such crimes, if need be, thus gender equality..

Women are subject to constant commodification by referring them as trophy. In this case Anurag has become a trophy...hence gender equality..

Under the influence of deep rooted and internalized patriarchy, most men felt entitled to indulge in marital rape. But then we have ma Mohini, the epitome of aristocratic matriarch, who not only gives consent to but even blesses her bahu to consummate her marriage with her son by hook or by crook... Hence the gender equality at least in promoting marital rape...

And this ladies and gentlemen, is the nayi soch being promoted by Star Plus.

This show was never promoted as a women empowerment message or lesson. We are not the target audience for this show.

This show is for middle-class women who have busy lives and live in extended families with issues. They struggle but always feel they lose and life is unfair. They watch this show to get satisfaction in watching a middle-class girl win, every time. They can relate to her. That is the only woman message empowerment I can see.
