OKAY, HERE GOES THE SECOND CHAPTER..

Chapter 2

'Yes, Mehra. Fix the meeting with the Indian clients tomorrow at 9:30 am. Ok, bye.' Said Rishabh, without realising what was happening with Mehra. He cut the call.

Yawning, Prerna entered their room.

'Itni raat ko kis se baat kar rhe the Tum? Time dekha hai kya? Health ka toh khayal rakho! '

She began chiding him.

'Oh hello, Mother India, Mehra se baatein kar rha tha. Business meeting hai kal!' Said Rishabh, in his defence.

'Waise clients ka Naam kya hai?'

'I myself don't know. One is Mr. Sengupta and the other ...I don't know..'

'Rehne do. Chalo so jao. Waise bhi, if you don't want to sleep, then don't. Mujhe bohot neend aa rahi hai. Char bacchon ko sambhalte sambhalte I have got tired'. Said Prerna.

'Char bacche? Yeh chauthawala kahaan se aaya? Kahin phir se...☺️'

Prerna interrupted her husband,' Look at your self in the mirror. Then you will realise who is the fourth child'. 😆🤣

Rishab made a sulky face.

'Baap- bete ek jaise hain!'😆said Prerna and drifted off to sleep.

Rishabh sighed and went to sleep.

On the other side:-

'Now happy, Mr Basu?' asked Mehra.

'Yes, Mr. Mehra. Thanks a lot.' said Anurag, smiling.

'May I know why have you come here?'

' To ask for their forgiveness and fulfill Ma's last wish.'

Mehra was shocked.' What? Mrs. Basu... But how?'

'Cancer took her life away.A year ago.' said Anupam, who was silent till then.

Mehra's heart melted. ' I will help you in all ways possible.'

Anurag and Anupam looked at him with gratitude.

Next Day:-

After dropping the kids to school, Rishabh went to his office.

' Good Morning, Ms Smith.' said Rishabh, to the receptionist as soon as he entered into his office.

'Good Morning, Sir. The Indian clients are waiting for you in the conference room with Mr. Mehra.'

'Okay. Thanks. I will be there in a few mins.'

Rishabh went to his cabin and kept his office bag on its place. And then he realised that he forgot to bring the Lunch Box with him.

He decided to prepare himself for his wife's anger.( BTW, who isn't afraid of his wife?😃😆)

' I am sorry to keep you waiting!' he said while closing the door behind him. His mouth became a perfect O when he saw his Indian clients for the first time ...

'Aap log yahan? Par Kyun?' Asked a shocked Rishabh.

Precap:- Prerna meets her ex lover and his Jiju after many years. She bombards them with her questions. Rishabh struggles to cool her. Mohini's death shocks them and Prerna's anger cools down.
